"I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight and wanted to stay near the airport. I arrived by taxi, and the staff actually came out to greet me and help with my luggage when I got there 😭 Their smiles made a great first impression! I did notice that the drainage in the bathroom wasn't great, but the towels, pillows, and room were all clean and very good! It was a bit hard to open the door, maybe to keep the room cool, haha, but it was indeed nice and cool. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I visit!"

"We had such a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. I came with my second brother and nephew, and the 3-bedroom layout worked beautifully for us — my brother stayed in the master bedroom while my nephew and I each had our own cozy rooms with a shared bathroom. It gave everyone privacy while still feeling warm and homely together. The living room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony and an absolutely amazing view overlooking the sea/river. Waking up to that view every day was one of the highlights of our stay. The large dining table was also great for us to gather and enjoy meals together. The house was very well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and amenities, including a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality. The welcome was incredibly thoughtful, and the host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, even recommending local food places for us to try. We genuinely felt cared for and welcomed like guests rather than just visitors. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a spacious, comfortable, and relaxing stay with beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room is spacious and comfortable. It was affordable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff even gave us water after we check-out and we're really appreciated with it. The location is quite strategic, although you need to walk into an alley to find the hotel. The downside is the bathroom. There is no separate shower area, so the whole toilet floor gets wet after showering, which can be dangerous because it becomes very slippery. It would be better if there were a separate shower area or if the hotel provided a shower mat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel:)"

"Location ~950 m from airport. Grab/BE e-hailing bike fee of about 11-15k VND from hotel to drop off point at the entrance of airport parking area (or Grab/BE car fee of about 35k VND till the departure gate, inclusive of airport entrance fee for car). About 15 minutes walk from/to airport. Service - fast & smooth check in & check out. Room - bright lights, clean, tidy, no smell with aircon, hair dryer, tv, electric kettle, slippers, complementary 2 bottled water drinks & 2 teabags, toothbrushes, shampoo & shower gel, etc. Nice firm bed with 2 fluffy thick pillows. Lots of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores & fruit juice kiosks outside the hotel. Standard room (without window, but quite big) booked through Trip.com cost ~USD 17/day (other booking platforms may offer slightly cheaper price). 2 complaints: 1. No hot water at all for shower (this is not acceptable for a hotel if it is a long term problem); 2. No soap at hand washing sink/basin - one has to go to the shower cubicle to get liquid soap every time one needs to wash hands (this is also not acceptable standard for a hotel like this)."

"I had another pleasant stay at ibis Saigon Airport during my business trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just minutes from the airport. The staff are friendly and efficient, breakfast offers good variety, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax. Highly recommended."

"Great room and location, but terrible breakfast and no luggage service. Overall, this is a great hotel with a few big flaws. You really can't beat the location - it's right in the heart of downtown, everything is nearby, and the price is a steal. The hotel feels brand new and is super clean. No mold, no dust, and the bedding is fresh and spotless (my only minor annoyance is that they use a flat sheet instead of a fitted one). The bed and pillows are super comfortable, so I slept great. The room is spacious, has an awesome view, the AC blows cold, and the whole vibe is just really pleasant. It’s also dead quiet - I couldn't hear the street or the neighbors at all. The staff is friendly and tries hard to help. I loved that we could just text them on WhatsApp to ask for cleaning or anything else we needed. Now for the downsides. The biggest issue is the breakfast - it is absolutely awful. It’s basically just eggs/omelets and sandwiches every single day. If you stay more than 2-3 days, it becomes unbearable to eat the same boring thing. Another huge minus: zero help with luggage. Nobody greets you or helps take your bags to the room, and nobody helps you to the car when you leave. I've stayed all over Vietnam and luggage service is usually a given everywhere, so having to drag my own heavy suitcases was a big disappointment. Also, there was no welcome drink, which is pretty standard at most decent hotels here. Bottom line: Book it for the clean, quiet room and great location, but skip the breakfast and be ready to carry your own bags."
