"Nice and close to the Main Street! Can just walk from hotel! Rooms are nice and clean.. :) no complaints on the buffet breakfast either was good! Did wake up in the early morning and heard the thumping music from the ark bar which was the only downfall"

"Good value hotel, the rooms are small but were adequate for me especially for the price. The staff were very helpful and on-site laundry was good value and fast. Its right at the quieter end of Chaweng but only a few minutes walk from an entrance to the beach and a handful of nice cafes and restaurants. If you’re staying longer or want more action it would probably be more convenient to stay in the busier part but if you mainly want to chill for a few days it’s a nice location. The hotel is also on the main road so it’s easy to get cheap songthaew taxis to other areas."

"This will be part one of review (reason is we already extended stay for another 4 nights) Hotel is wonderful, 2 great pools (one right in the garden with lots of lovely trees around amd right next to the room) balcony of room also has a great view of pool and the garden. 2nd pool larger and also surrounded by great salas and decking etc. The beach which is maybe 100m walk from room is fantastic, lovely sandy beach with plenty of chairs and decking for comfort. The staff from the reception to the maids to the serving staff all super nice and friendly. I came with wife and daughter for 3 nights originally bit extended for another 4 nights as the hotel amd grounds and staff just all so nice.. everything you need is right here. As the hotel is just off the chaweng main strip thought maybe would be noisy but absolutely not.. it's far enough down towards the beach that the main strip isn't an issue, (unless of course you want to see the main strip and the many bars resteraunts s etc well no problem either as all of this is walking distance away so best of both worlds) Breakfast buffet has plenty of options also. So after another 4 days we may extend a bit more as I day it has everything you need for a great beach tropical holiday. Food amd drinks all reasonably priced (food is excellent with a wide selection)"

"This property was better than expected. We booked last minute for one night only. It’s older but seems to be maintained for the most part. Don’t expect 5 stars. The room had a skylight, tub and comfortable bed. It’s a bit out of the main beach area in north Chewang so having a scooter is very useful. The property is built on a hill so it’s quite a steep walk up. The views from the top ocean view rooms are nice and the property is covered in lush greenery. The pool is a nice amenity. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed."

"The hotel doesn't quite live up to a 5-star rating. However, it does have pleasant grounds, two pools, and a restaurant. The breakfasts are decent, with a good variety on offer, but they're rather uninspired and not particularly delicious. On the plus side, the coffee is good. The cocktails at the bar during the day were disappointing (we tried a Piña Colada once and weren't tempted to order another). A major highlight is the excellent direct beach access with sun loungers. The beach itself is fantastic. We were very pleased to see security on the beach who also helped set up umbrellas and arrange sun loungers. There's also a staff member with a first aid kit to treat cuts from corals – a very thoughtful touch (which we actually needed assistance with). Among the obvious drawbacks, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. We ended up with noisy neighbors who were also smoking ******** on their balcony (though it's legalized in Thailand). As a result, our room smelled terrible, and the noisy parties made it impossible for us to relax. On the bright side, when we reported this to reception, they immediately gave us a key to another room so we could get some much-needed sleep there, which we did. In terms of service, the hotel staff deserves a 5/5. Housekeeping and room comfort would get a 3/5 each, and breakfasts a 4/5. Overall, I'd give it a four out of five."

"The villa room type was excellent overall and offered great value for money. The room was quite spacious (much larger than the photos suggested). It actually featured two beds – one large and one small – which was ideal for families. Its location was also superb: right on Chaweng Beach and just off Koh Samui's busiest main street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful .Room was always spotless and water updated daily. Hotel is ideally situated for a small walk to the beach..nice cafes and restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk to main streets but ideal for keeping fit..ideally priced accommodation if you're travelling on a budget ..all in all I can't fault it and hope to stay there again."

"In 2020 this would have been a 4 star hotel, today it's tired and over priced. We changed our first room as the mold spores in the air had been masked by perfume. The second room much better as it had a sunnier location. It has everything you expect , however if freshly decorated and updated would merit it's status. The breakfast was poor quality and the bar and food prices too high."
