"Even after checking in at 3pm, my bed wasn't ready.
They give you key cards to open your lockers, but they are not used for opening your Capsule. Your Capsule can be simply opened by pushing the doors, which feels quite unsafe considering it could be opened by anyone else.
Moreover, the upper and lower bunk numbers are distinguished by signs showing the shape of the doors (rounded or squared), which could be easily mistaken. I had somebody else lying in my Capsule once I opened it. This should be improved by the hostel. At least they can make it clear by using arrows writing up and down."

"We stayed as a family of four (two younger children). The location was very good for us, because the hotel was close to the science museum and Chinatown, which was handy because of most places being closed on Christmas. Additionally, the relevant bus lines and subway station was pretty close by, so travelling without a car or relying on Uber was simple. The swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna were good, except the pool only had one depth (1.15 meters). So little kids who aren't proficient swimmers would need an adult to be with them in the pool. Our only real gripe was that there were no toiletries (bar soap, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom when we first arrived, but that was quickly remedied with a call to the front desk. Overall, a decent value for the convenient location and the modern room."

"The biggest disadvantage was that there was no air conditioner, but it was a school dormitory, so the neat facilities and security facilities were well equipped! The people who work at the counter are also very sensible and very good ~ only avoid midsummer!"

"Although it is a quad room, it is very quiet and clean. It really surprised me. I stayed for four nights and the girls in the same room were very nice. The basement is a restaurant and entertainment room. If you want to be quiet, you can study and work in the ”study room” on the same floor. You can make a lot of good friends there.
The transportation is also very convenient, right in the city center.
Finally, the front desk staff and all the staff can speak English, haha, 🤗 this is very important!"

"Loved our stay here, yeah it's a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the shower was brilliant and the room/suite was huge with everything you could need. All the staff on the front desk were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable (they foresaw our delayed suitcase would come the day after we were told). Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the location is great for the airport bus, old town and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully when it's a bit warmer 🥶"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was simply fantastic! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch – everything was spotless and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who were always there with a smile and created a welcoming atmosphere.
The facilities were excellent and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. From the comfortable room to the modern amenities and a very well-equipped fitness center – it’s a place where you feel completely at ease as well as the pool. Breakfast was also nice to have. Overall I can highly recommend it."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserMy experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Lastly, since the hotel was going through renovations, our last night at the hotel was horrible since the day before the AC units on our floor were turned off cause of the same renovations previously stated. In summary, an awful experience especially for how expensive the hotel was. The only good thing was the location but will never stay at this Embassy Suites again

One is although the location is convenient, the surrounding environment is not that good. the hotel is low rise building, and there is a open park nearby. you can here some people grouping and noising at midnight occasionally, i think they rejoice with weeds. also when you walk outside street, the air is full of **** smell.
the second thing is the problem with fire arm in my room on one afternoon, which is loud and harming my ear.

GGuest UserBasically, this place is for campus students to stay so pretty different comparing to standard hotel or AirBNB.
I don't see a hair dryer, kleenex box, coat hanger (but you hav closet), kettle and coffee set, etc...
But the place is nice and clean.
They don't store your luggage before CI/after CO, they will introduce you their parter doing storage service, cost me 8$ after pertnership discount which seem to be fair in this city.
I'm glad I could stay here with last minute booking although it was in middle of F1 weekend.

LLorca_510The location is excellent. It’s like walking distance to everywhere in downtown. In my three days trip, we barely take any transport when we’re roaming around in downtown area. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again next time!!
