"The hotel service was excellent. They had a private car pick us up from the station and also dropped us off when we checked out. After checking in, both dinner and breakfast were meticulously arranged, and the onsen was very comfortable. My only minor regret is that check-out is quite early at 10 AM, which doesn't leave enough time for another dip in the onsen after breakfast. On the bright side, our room on the 3rd floor offered a view of Mount Fuji."

The yukata (kimono) were perfect for photos, especially for women who had many styles to choose from. "Free shuttle service between Lake Kawaguchiko and the hotel, with frequent runs. The shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station departs from platform 10. There are also shuttle buses to Mishima and Gotemba. Breakfast was decent. You can rent electric bicycles nearby, and it's not far from the lake with many dining options. There's also an interesting stone accessory shop nearby. It's a few minutes' walk to Lawson, and you can even get a view of Mount Fuji from there. Guests can try the rock bath for 1000 yen, which also includes a sauna, and it's not crowded, very comfortable. Overall, it exceeded expectations – incredibly convenient."

"The hotel deserves an excellent mark. The hotel is situated just a 10-minute walk from the main train and bus station. Besides this, the hotel offers a free transfer service (check the schedule first), which is also very nice. The hotel looks very clean and fresh. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a nice view of Mt. Fuji just from your room window. What I liked the most is the Japanese spa, which is included in the accommodation package. It has different types of warm pools, including several outside the building. Please observe the admittance rules before going to the spa (e.g., no tattoos, etc.). The room was quite spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I would like to point out the catering. The dinner was tremendous—a really vast and versatile selection of different foods, starting from sashimi and other seafood to various types of meat, along with high-quality alcohol. My stay at this hotel was really great. I definitely recommend this hotel."

The staff were lovely and helpful, and I appreciated that they could communicate well in English, which made everything much easier. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. However, the only drawback was that the food refill service was sometimes a bit slow. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from my room — a truly memorable experience. "We had a great stay at The Toki FujiKawaguchiko as a family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, with three proper beds, which was perfect for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts — a Fuji Mountain–shaped cake and drinks. The room had a bathtub, projector for movies, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tableware. The view of Mount Fuji was stunning, especially from the rooftop, where you can also pay to enjoy a BBQ. We are vegetarian, and the hotel kindly prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. Our only regret was not spending more time here. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends driving who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery."

"The hotel is incredibly well-located, right by the train station – just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) whether you're coming by bus or train. The room was very clean and had no odd smells. The staff were very attentive, frequently checking if we needed our room cleaned. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the staff's attitude was exceptionally kind and friendly. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Kawaguchiko."
