Meatpacking District Review

Don't be fooled by the name. I thought it was a meat and poultry trading market. This is also a cultural place. The name is actually a history of it. But I still suggest that the local government change the name quickly.

You can walk in this area for a day and your feet can be broken. From Canel Station, pass the residential area of lower Manhattan, reach meatpacking, then highline, to Chelsea Market. Each is a surprise.

The meat market area was originally a New York slaughterhouse, but now it has become a hot spot for many trendy stores and personalized shops. The wholesale activities here are still vigorous, most of them are carried out in the middle of the night, so the meat processing area is traditional and avant-garde.
