Starfish Beach Review

This is a MUST DO activity when visiting Phu Quoc! You really don’t have to book an expensive tour. I drove there with the motorbike that I rented from my hotel, you can just follow your maps and there’s signs as you get closer. When you get there, drive all the way down over a little bridge. The small dirt road will come to an end and you’ll see a family that lives there. They charged me 200 000 VND to take me to the starfish beach by boat.(you have to take a little boat to get to the actual “starfish beach”)I went early in the morning so I had the whole beach to myself. You can buy drinks there, but pack some snacks or have seafood next to the beach when you return.

This treasure is truly one of the most incredible beaches in all of Vietnam. we were discouraged to go because someone said there was not many starfish but, as it turned out there were hundreds! do not miss this attraction as it is just as much fun getting there and it is spending a few hours swimming and enjoying the most breathtaking scenery.

The starfish in the water are magical and the water is crystal clear. Highly recommended for a great swim and a breathtaking experience !

To be fair i believe we visited during off-season but the beach was really dirty and had no starfish. There were some small piers which had restaurants and the end which were quite cool.

Super recommended, the beach water is clear and the sand is young, I went to see about 10 starfish, you can rent a beach chair to bask in the sun ❤️
