Cafe Mosaic Review

One of the best pure white coffees I have had over the years, and others in our group praised their iced coffee and chocolate. Very friendly staff and excellent service. The food in the cupboard looked absolutely delicious.

Each Sunday I try a different place for brunch, and to get one with both good service and also good food is difficult, so on arriving I had low expectations. I walked in and gained a nice quiet table. a newspaper provided. The food was excellent, the bacon not dripping in fat (this is usual) and to top it off the service was excellent. I could fault nothing and will defiantly be returning.

Wow nice food ... i had hot pot nice we also had the green curry again excellent. Nice cake display and yhe coffee good. We had five year old with us who wanted the pancakes and we even arranged to get an extra pancake for her BUt when arrived even though we told her it would have it was beautifully covered in berries and banana. No way was she eating that hissy fit .... i said to girls have problem here could we get cheese toastie and chips and it took no time to come out. Went to pay for it 'no charge' this was fantastic 100% for service add in friendly staff, good food and coffee so 5 stars deservedly given.

It's some time since we've been back to Mosaic and today didn't disappoint. We arrived for a reservation at midday and the queue was moderate and our choices quickly served. We asked for our coffee and cake to follow which was seamless. Our friends had soup and sammies, S had a kumara and pumpkin fritter and I had the crispy fishcake. All very happy. We were able to have our catch over a leisurely chat at a comfortable table (squab bench plus dining chairs). Nice vibe about the place as the lunch hour waxed and waned, plenty of wait staff to cope with the demands.
