I work close by so I stopped by for a lunch. To my amazement there was a lamb stew not on the menu so I thought I'd try it. They served it with fresh hot pita. The stew is amazing and I'm addicted. The pita is the best I've ever had. I am a baklava snob. The baklava is delicious and also highly recommended. There are huge chicken gyros, lentil soup and pastries. This is a must stop at Pike Place Market street!



Yum! Ordered a Doener. It was pretty good. I like the two women who work here. They seem to know everyone and are super engaging and kind. The pistachio baklava is a big deal.

We weren't hungry for a full meal but did stop in and picked up dessert. We tried the baklava and really wished I'd gotten more than one piece. It was perfectly done and wasn't overkill on the sweetness. Plus it was still warm so it melted in your mouth.
