In the cold wintry month, it's heart or rather stomach warming to try this special stew from Fukuoka. It's in an alley opposite a gas station but not difficult to find due to the queue. The ambience inside is a local Japanese restaurant where there is more another queue. The stew comprises beef or pork offal which I couldn't figure out, and a lot of cabbage and chives. While I do eat offal, i couldn't stomach the fatty intestines which I've to throw away discreetly into a small plate. We ordered more wanton skin, vegetables and tofu. When we were done with the food, residues were scooped out from the stew. Noodle was added which soaked up the stew, and sesame sauce was later added. This is sesame noodle, the final dish. Nothing was wasted…by right, including the offal that should be eaten.
