Casa Gerardo Review

What surprised me most was the Fabada, which is the most famous specialty in Asturia. It is cooked with pork, ham, sausage, blood sausage and white peas. Many areas in Spain love to cook this dish, mostly like Asturia. It has a cold and rainy climate. To be honest, I rarely eat it, and this Fabada cooked by chef Elvira Fernández is less greasy and very fragrant. I ate it all except fat.

Came with my partner a few weeks ago. We successfully booked a table at the last minute. Setting up items that are about to be replaced for the summer menu. The food was great, the taste and the set-up were perfect. Our host, Rachel, was great too. She chose each glass of wine for the dishes, and it was perfect. I highly recommend everyone to eat in the restaurant.

This store is much better than we expected. It is a gem we found. The environment is very quiet. There are a lot of food in this store. There are a variety of cheeses, snacks and delicious wines. The wine is very pure. And there are delicious fried cornflour round cakes, which are very satisfying.
