Services by Hotel staffs and crews are good and warm.
Rooms are proportionately large and comfy & well maintained. TV reception is hopeless though.
Breakfast spread is not satisfactory. Not much choices and taste is bland. I would suggest not to purchase rooms with breakfast package and use this savings to purchase tastier and more cost effective breakfast from any eateries from shops near the hotel... You're welcome.
Parking is also a headache during peak periods... Not only is the fact that the parking is uncovered, whatever parking spaces that is available is very limited.
Other than that, overall, this hotel provides good value for money accommodation and services.
Oh yes, the main lobby is soo spacious and soothing place.From€32

I had a good stay at StarCity Hotel in Kedah. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and places to eat.
Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Parking was easy and safe.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service. I would stay here again.

Check in was fast and rooms was already available. Inside the room was like entering a 90's time tunnel where room decor was back in the 90's style, very big room, clean and still well maintained.
Breakfast was fairly good but slow to replenish and not much food left half hour before restaurant closes for breakfast. Car park ample at the hotel's premises, a bit tight at the lots in front of the hotel. About 10mins walk to Aman Central Mall and very close to many food courts. This was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers.
I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!From€19

The check in was smooth even very late at night. BB Motel is colocated with Bee Gladden Hotel. You check in at Bee Garden. BB Motel is a wing consisting of rooms with shared toilet.
The room was basic. A/C works ok. Wifi signal was weak inside my room. The traffic noise was not so bad after the shipping mall was closed.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay.
The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure!
The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door.
The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times.

Didn't expect much as we just wanted two rooms for our one night stay but was pleasantly surprised - room was spacious, water pressure in the bathroom was strong and breakfast the next morning had an ample array of choices. Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling.
The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much.
Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving.
One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay.
All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!From€28

Very hard to get a clean hotel in alor star, this is one of clean hotel in town. im very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. there is alot food downstair included the famous cafe. Just that it not suitable for those who are light sleeper. the soundproof abit terrible. And the water heater abit slow to get hot water. others was fine.From€30

It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.From€28
