We were welcomed by friendly staff and enthusiastic to help us in any way. The Buffett breakfast is a must and I would recommend to go early and get a space in the open air section. Getting an Auto Rickshaw outside the hotel could be frustrating as the drivers charge a flat 20 rupees per passenger when it should be with the meter at Rupees 23 starting rate with Max 3 to sit in the Auto Rickshaw. Otherwise get an UBER premium which could cost you Rupees 200 for a ride of about 20 mins. I had a great stay at the hotel. Will return again.

Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

I was in the Room Number 2909. The Workers all were very friendly, especially Vivek. He is such a cool guy and we talked a lot. But as I wrote, all workers were very friendly and courteous. The food always was very tasty, the rooms are very comfortable and you can sleep very well on the bed. The Hotel itself has a upscale facility and it was always very clean. Was a pleasure for me to be here. Gladly again Fabi

Not bad, although the single room is quite small, but it is acceptable to live alone. Pre-paid unair-conditioned taxis from the airport are about 660 + 70 (tolls, I do n’t know if it was pitted). From the hotel, uber to the airport is 500 + 20 (tip). I never found the main entrance of this hotel. They all came from the corridor of the Trident Hotel next door. It was not until the day of check-out that the main entrance of the hotel was on the negative first floor! Outside the hotel is ”Yuebanwan”, which is very lively at night. If the air is good, you can still run. Walk to India Gate for about 20 minutes, all kinds of noise on the road. There is no supermarket near the hotel, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds, and there is also a cinema. Hotel breakfast is still good, à la carte + small buffet, service is good.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

Unfortunately the hotel service is mediocre. The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant. The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. In room dining was expensive but tasty. Sofa was dirty, there were stains and rust in bathroom. I may or may not stay here again.

My wife and I chose JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was nice of the hotel staff to treat us with a complimentary cake in the room on our arrival. Every hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. We also enjoyed the food and service at Saffron, Lotus Cafe (especially the live music), and Dashanzi. The experience at Quan spa and Looks salon was pleasant. We liked the collection available at the Granth book store and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. We wanted to try out Bombay Baking Company, but did not get a chance this time. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is an engaging and classy hotel. We will be back here again for sure.

The room is quite old, it is said to be the former Intercontinental Hotel. There are wild dogs howling and fighting outside in the middle of the night! The hotel has a large patio with a pool inside, so there are a lot of mosquitoes! The service attitude is very good! Just in time for Miss India's state-level competition, I finally saw some legendary Indian beauties!

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

We stayed at Mumbai House last month. Our stay was made comfortable by the front office staff who out of the way made a family room available inspite of our deluxe room booking. Room was really good and he also placed an extra bed in the room. Room and bathroom were clean. We ordered room service for which was to our liking. Not expensive but tasty. What a lovely find, we stayed for 1 night recently, arriving early evening so when we opened the blinds in the morning to the sun rising over the sea it was an amazing view. Yes the rooms are small, but very well appointed with a clean and spacious shower. We had dinner up on the roof top and it was the best food we'd had whilst we had been in India. The service was also great. Breakfast was a little basic but fine for what we needed. When you arrive you do think it looks a shabby hotel, but once you go up to the third floor, you find a little gem. Thank you for all of the help printing our boarding passes etc.

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To co****sate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)

It's a small good hotel and at a convenient place, provided you get it in budget (around 3500-4500 max) as beyond that you will have ***y very good choices in Andheri. Rooms are clean n nice but nothing special about them. Also you will find it ok if you have less interest in food quality or service. Food is very average and breakfast is avoidable (Almost nothing much). A very functional type of hotel i can say. The part that you need to be very careful is that its a very strict hotel about their rules, specially like no visitor in rooms rule. And when i say that it means they are strict up-to rude, the rules here are up-to annoying and may offend you as they do not care losing about customers.

It’s a decent place, is there any Wow factor, no. However, if you want to be around the domestic airport I think it is a comfortable, clean and safe spot. I think for the international business people coming from the west they could be more progressive in their assistance but that means more training. Area would be transition as well as some more western dishes available.

Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.
