The location and accessibility are truly excellent; you can walk to many places within 10 minutes! However, if you notice a smell in the bathroom, try closing the window ^^. Since there's a market in front, the stagnant water smell from the market can reach up to the hotel. If you close the window, the bad smell is resolved! The air conditioner works well, and having a washing machine is great for doing laundry after island hopping. No extra slippers are provided! It would be good to bring one pair for the bathroom and another for indoor use.

숙소 위치도 너무 좋고 숙소안에 비치된 모든것들이 깨끗하고 편리하게 부족함없이 모두 갖춰진 숙소라 너무너무 만족했어요.무엇보다 1층에 레스토랑과 편의점 맛사지샵 등등 멀리 나가지않고 모두 해결할수있어서 최고였어요.다음에 또 방문하고싶은 그런곳입니다.대만족입니다!

Every night, the egrets wash themselves there and look like a bouquet of flowers from my room; in the morning, they slowly spread out. There's a night market directly across the street, making dining very convenient, and the sea views are also excellent. As for the room itself, it's pretty much a standard Aimei Hotel room. The front desk service was okay, and they spoke a bit of Chinese. The doorman opening doors and everything else was also good.

The hotel is a bit old, and some of the furnishings are quite worn out, especially the mattress, which had sagged in the middle. For two nights, we had to sleep on the sides of the bed. Since we were tired from traveling, it didn't really affect our sleep. However, if you're a light sleeper, be aware that there were kids running in the hallway around 11 PM, and people coming back to their rooms late or getting up early in the morning. Due to the design of the room doors, they close very loudly, so you'll hear doors slamming on and off throughout the morning and evening.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly fantastic stay this time! Due to a typhoon, my flight schedule changed unexpectedly, but the hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and professional during my stay. They were also very willing to help us with all sorts of requests, which made us feel very at ease. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Housekeeping was impeccable every day. The infinity pool offered stunning views, especially the sunset, which was unforgettable. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast selection was extensive, with both local delicacies and Western dishes tasting delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's a short Grab ride to shopping malls, Gaya Street, and the waterfront, making it perfect for a trip to Kota Kinabalu. Although this trip ended up being extended by a few days due to the weather, it allowed us to enjoy the hotel's facilities and relaxed atmosphere even more. It actually became one of the most wonderful memories of the trip. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kota Kinabalu!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a five to six-minute walk to Suria Sabah and Jesselton Point. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the service was good. The only issues were that the shower door didn't close properly, so water always leaked onto the floor after showering. Also, the sofa had a lot of stains that looked like they couldn't be cleaned anymore. Another downside was the breakfast quality; if you went late, there was hardly anything left, and they didn't replenish the food. Overall, it's still decent value for money.

This was my third time staying at the Kaseh Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, and I brought my mother along for a trip. As always, the stay was incredibly satisfying! Service: The front desk staff were warm and helpful, offering check-in services in both Chinese and English. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes that my mother particularly enjoyed. When cleaning the room, they always replenished necessary disposable items and even helped tidy up clothes on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The location is extremely convenient. Taking a Grab to city attractions is always within a ten-minute drive, making it easy to get to Sutera Harbour for island hopping and Gaya Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's only about a ten-minute Grab ride from the airport, so there's no need to wake up extra early to catch a flight. Getting around to and from the hotel is very convenient. Facilities: As always, the facilities are complete. You can take hotel towels with you for island hopping and snorkeling, just remember to return them. There are plenty of drying racks, perfect for hanging clothes. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Hope to see Kota Kinabalu again next time!
