I didn't expect to stay in such a good apartment this time on a business trip to Phnom Penh. The rooms are clean and the facilities are new. WI-FI is too fast. The connection to the company ERP is very smooth. It does not affect the work at all. It is a crash of other hotels. The landlord is warm and thoughtful, and the environment is beautiful. It is the first time to see such a large open-air swimming pool. It has to be 200 meters in a circle. Fortunately, I took a swimsuit and swam happily. The breakfast nearby is very rich. The landlord also recommended the nearby seafood buffet to us. The crab pot is a bit unsettled and has an endless aftertaste. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport, so it is very convenient without rushing. This time I came on a business trip with my colleagues, and I am going to bring my family back to travel next time, or live here.

You get what you pay for. The bathroom is really bad. The toilet seat is stained with urine and the faucet has not been cleaned for a long time. It's very expensive.

Definitely Number 1 Ultra Luxury Property in Cambodia! Everything is superlative, accessible location, great views, best rooftop in Phnom Penh, many FB outlets. Amongst all what Rosewood does really well is impressive personalized service from line staff to Managers. Great culture of luxury hospitality indeed. Highly recommend and definitely will return. Undoubtedly a perfect score! 💯 This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service, an excellent location, and absolutely stunning architecture.
I believe the hotel was built upon an existing old structure, and the style is simply breathtaking. Especially at night 🌃, it has a super cool vibe – my photos honestly don't do it justice. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and had everything perfectly arranged. When I arrived in the middle of the night and saw two other groups checking in, I knew I had made the right hotel choice.
The hotel is situated near the Royal Palace and close to the National Museum, placing it right in the heart of the main tourist area. Most attractions are within walking distance, making it the perfect choice for travelers.
I *must* mention the breakfast here; it's incredibly high quality, almost perfect. They truly understand guest needs and provide a high standard of options. A simple example is the yogurt: they don't offer generic supermarket products but instead provide homemade, unsweetened yogurt. To cater to different tastes, you have choices like plain, with passion fruit, or with diced mango. They emphasize fresh, high-quality ingredients, a comfortable and beautiful dining environment, a rich selection of low-sugar options, mild flavors, and attentive service. You definitely need to try it.
Special thanks to the front desk and the restaurant. Because we had to catch a very early flight, they specially prepared convenient packed meals for us upon request, which we picked up at the front desk at 5:30 AM. That was fantastic!

This is my 2nd time at the Sokha in Phnom Penh and both times were fantastic. I will stay again for sure. The rooms are incredible - clean - huge - high ceilings, great view. My friends and I referred to it as “the palace” the first time. It is so luxurious and a wonderful treat. The pool is clean and enormous. The workout room is clean, open with a nice view and has fantastic machines. The spa is lovely. They have several restaurants. I cannot resist the rooftop and only chose that one. Prices were reasonable for the value. The staff is so friendly. Senh at the front desk took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. It is on the “other” side of the river but you can cross on the car ferry for 25 cents (R1000)and are right in all the action on the other side. Pros: Staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. They let me in the room before check in time. My room was pre-cooled, when I entered the AC was working. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, western and aisian. Food on the rooftop restaurant is also good. Views are nice.
Cons: This is not, by any means 4* hotel. Sheets and pillow cases had stains and dirt on them, they give you 4 pillows but I couldn't find one that is clean. I put my own beach towels on the bed and slept on them. I've been to much cheaper places throughout Asia that were modest but really clean. The pool is small and shalow, they have only 4 sun lounges for 17 story hotel and they do not provide pool towel, you have to bring one from your bathroom. They are playing inappropriate and very loud music at the pool. And the worst thing is that they gave me a room on the second floor, right in front of construction site in the building next to it, without any information or warning. They didn't even provide earplugs. Works are done from 8am during all day and it is unbearable to be in the room, and there is no enough space at the pool and the music is also loud. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel.
I am not sure for what did I pay that ridiculously high price. I feel they should pay me for staying there.
I do not recommend this place. There are a lot of cheaper and better places, and most importantly cleaner.FromUS$27

The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated, the room was of medium size but with a great view of the river. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom, but be careful it’s slippery when wet. This hotel boasts an excellent location for sightseeing, right behind Central Market. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a vast selection, I really enjoyed the noodle bar where the staff cooked fresh noodles to order.
However, the refrigerator in my room wasn't working, so I called the front desk. They said someone would come to the room, but no one ever showed up, so I eventually gave up on using the fridge. It seems they cater more to Chinese speakers, and English support isn't something to count on.
Despite that, the room facilities themselves were very clean and new. Considering the cost of living in Phnom Penh, I thought it offered good value for money.FromUS$31

I recently stayed again at Luxcity Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. This is actually my return visit, which already says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming.
I also appreciated that the room had all the amenities I needed. From toiletries and a fully equipped bathroom to convenient in-room facilities, everything was thoughtfully prepared. It made my stay smooth and stress-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, despite it being just for one night. The staff kindly upgraded us to a luxurious 2-room apartment with a stunning view of the Independence Monument. The rooms were spotless, and we appreciated the cooking facilities. The rooftop offered a great view, making it a perfect spot to unwind.
The only downside was the WiFi. The in-room WiFi was weak and often disconnected. Hopefully, they can improve on this aspect.

Budget hotel in the center of Phnom Penh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Surrounded by market, food vendors and mart. You can access to most locations by Tuk Tuk. There is elevator in the building. The room is a bit small, but it is okay for me to stay alone. Hotel could be improve abit in term of smell inside the room. Probably they can spray something to make it smell fresh. Every room has Woden curtains, it doesn’t fully close. So if you are sensitive to the light during sleeping, you might find it so bright. It was good if they can make the curtain fully close because I sometimes find it weird and feel like someone can see me from an outside. Overall it is goodFromUS$12
