I stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards. When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying: 1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍 2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake. 3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place. The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

To be honest, the hotel is very close to the train station, and the surroundings are very good, but the room is a bit awkward, the price is too expensive and breakfast is not included.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

location is great, but if you drag check-in luggages, will have some draggy time with the stoney street and stairs the amenities could be better, no body lotion and hair conditioner room size is pretty comfortable toilet, closet doesn't have bidet but i guess it's not the standard there, prefer bigger water flow for the shower

The lakeside hotel has a beautiful environment, facing the mountains, with a wide and pleasant view. The lake and mountains complement each other, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The lakeside beach is within walking distance, and the scenery is quiet, making it a good place to relax and stroll. The location is convenient, combined with the mountain view and water color, it is overall satisfactory.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the train station, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From a facilities standpoint, everything met expectations. However, the service provided during the night shift was disappointing. Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area. When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers.

This hotel truly excels when it comes to room comfort. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring tastefully arranged furniture that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. High-quality bedding and toiletries ensure a good night's sleep and excellent hygiene. Additionally, the room's temperature and humidity are ideally maintained, contributing to an incredibly comfortable stay. Overall, the comfort level of the rooms at this hotel is exceptionally high and highly commendable.

The hotel is not far from the city center, and the hotel also provides free buses. The service is good, there is a lake view, and the facilities are average. The hygiene is good, and drinking water is provided at the front desk. I will have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

Pros first: 5-10 minutes walk from the station, air conditioning in the room Based on these two points, I decided to book this hotel After checking in, I can borrow adapters and kettles from the counter, which is convenient Cons: A deposit of 100CHF is required every night, and we stayed for three nights, and the deposit was 300CHF. Very unreasonable! There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom (no clothes hooks, no small shelves), which is very inconsiderate. The sound insulation is very poor, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, there are a lot of revelers and drinking noises.
