1. **Location:** Strategically located at a metro interchange, making it convenient to reach all attractions and the airport.
2. **Design:** Both the overall aesthetic and the room design are very modern and innovative, featuring a distinct Singaporean architectural style, which is really nice.
3. **Service:** The staff provided excellent service with constant smiles. They were always willing to assist and resolve any issues when approached.
4. **Room Experience:** The room was very new and well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, refrigerator, entertainment facilities, and a meeting room. Each floor also has a trash chute. Housekeeping is done once a week (during which, if you need fresh towels, toilet paper, or linen changes, you'll need to communicate with the staff). The air conditioning works very effectively.
5. **Suggestions:**
* The lowest setting on the air conditioner is still very cold (I suggest installing lower BTU units).
* Housekeeping should be every 3 days, and each visit should stock supplies for 3 days (mainly bath towels, toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, and bed linen).
* The Wi-Fi requires re-logging in every 24 hours (I suggest that once logged in with the room number, it shouldn't require repeated authentication).

The newly renovated environment is quite nice, though there's still a faint smell. Soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear the phone vibrating in the next room. There were no slippers provided, and they only clean the room once every seven days. The hotel also requires a minimum stay of 6 nights. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially if you're staying for an extended period, as you know hotels in Singapore can be quite expensive. There's a shared kitchen and fridge, and a paid laundry room on B1. There's also a small pool and a gym. The building has just been completed, and the ground floor commercial spaces are still looking for tenants. Once they're filled, it'll probably be very convenient for food and other amenities.
