For more than 10 days in Japan, this is the perfect accommodation.
First of all, the location is super close to the bus terminal, and it is super convenient to move luggage.
It was also very fast to Tangyu. The hotel was clean and tidy. The boss and his wife were kind and friendly. It was more than 11 o'clock that day. Put down your luggage to go sightseeing until 3 o'clock. There are delicious welcome desserts and drinks. There are many choices for bathrobes. Super beautiful, you can wear it out for sightseeing and taking pictures, the room is also very large and tidy, The room does not have a bathroom, but there are four private styles on the lower floor that are open 24 hours a day. Super surprise 👍🏿 and breakfast is very rich. Everything is delicious. The honey melon is super sweet. When I left, the proprietress also sent me a beautiful bag and took pictures together. This is a perfect journey! I highly recommend this hotel!

一人旅で宿泊させていただきました。湯畑からは歩いて10分ほど。周辺は民間が立ち並んでいて静かな場所です。歩いて数分の場所にはLAWSONがあり簡単に食事を済ませるのには便利だとおも思います。近くの公衆浴場はコロナ対策のためか周辺市民のみ利用可能の張り紙があったため観光客は利用できない模様です。（巽乃湯さん）
無人営業をしているお宿でチェックインは玄関のタブレットで簡単にできます。ネットに慣れている人であれば楽ちんです。また、先方からメールが送られてきてそちらで必要な情報を入力しておけばスムーズにチェックイン可能です。
1人部屋を使用させて頂きましたが、畳部屋で広々としていてどこか懐かしい気持ちになりました。コタツと石油ストーブの組み合わせは最高でした。トイレは共用で部屋にシャワーは付いていませんが近くにたくさん温泉があるので問題なしです。タオル類が着いているのは助かります。
また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいと思います。

As for transportation, it's closer to Yodoyabashi (than Honmachi), about a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. Right next to the lobby, on the 10th floor (accessible by elevator), you'll find a 7-Eleven and various restaurants. It's truly a fantastic choice for a trip to Osaka. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from Shinsaibashi shopping street, and diagonally opposite Daimaru department store. If you buy a lot of things, you can easily pop back to the hotel to drop them off and then head out again. Subway Exit 8 has an elevator directly to the second-floor lobby, so you don't have to worry about rain. There are also many convenience stores nearby, and I usually get breakfast there. Staying at Hotel Granvia Osaka was such a pleasant experience! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Osaka, with shopping, restaurants and eateries all around, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
What I loved most is how central it is for travelling beyond Osaka too. With Osaka Station right there, it’s so easy to head out to places like Kyoto, Kobe and Kurashiki without wasting time getting across the city.
A special shout-out to Don at the hotel, whose service was truly top-notch. He spoke excellent English, was incredibly accommodating and made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel even upgraded my room for free, which was such a lovely surprise!
And for Pokémon fans — this is a bonus I absolutely loved! 😍 The Pokémon Center is just on the 13th floor, so you can literally pop down whenever you feel like browsing or shopping.

Rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed, amenities are out of this world. Some people have mentioned that it may not be the best fit if you are traveling with a family since both the shower and the toilet have windows, but for a young couple that was a great experience. The whole place has a very nice smell and you can sense it even from the street connected to the main entrance.
One thing that threw us off a little when checking-in was the request from the staff to give them our credit card that we used when booking so that they can charge us in case we break something.
