The scenery outside the hotel is very good. It seems that the location is very safe in the resort area, but it will experience a power outage. The hotel did not inform in advance. After the power outage, I did not inform the staff. Afterwards, I said that the power outage was 10 minutes. After I woke up, I found that the power outage was more than a few small. It was time, there was no electricity, and the hotel was very dishonest. The internal facilities of the room are also average.

It was a room that was completely beyond expectations.
First of all, it is a minute drive from the airport, not in the city.
The point is here. I have not encountered a Chinese for 5 days. It is all European and American vacations. Then walk for 3 minutes to a small business district on the side of the road, all clearly marked. Egypt is rare
The landlord upgraded the sea view room, deposit 2,000 lbs, and returned as scheduled
The room is about 40-50 square meters, a separate bedroom and a small living room, and the balcony has a super sea view.
The seafood in the small market is cheaper than the urban seafood market. The pizza is 125 pounds a 12-inch, the juice is 20 pounds, and the steak is450-650 E pounds apiece.

Overall, not very friendly to domestic guests. Avoid the front desk guy with glasses; he intentionally delayed giving us our room and didn't provide bath towel cards. The room facilities were mediocre; even the most basic hairdryer wasn't standard, and the air conditioning was very noisy. Only one of the three elevators was working, and it was tiny, so we had to queue to go upstairs. The food variety was average, and the one or two seafood options weren't very fresh. If you prefer meat, I suggest not going all-inclusive and eating outside the hotel instead. We booked two sea activities through the hotel, and the service was okay, but they were many times more expensive than outside. Also, if you're driving, definitely don't park under a tree; after two days, our entire car was covered in bird droppings.FromHK$964

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's not far from the airport, and there's a street selling souvenirs across the street. As soon as we entered, a staff member spoke fluent Chinese and introduced us to the hotel. We even added each other on WeChat to stay in touch. Other staff members also greeted us in Chinese. Before leaving, I compared reviews of different hotels and found many complaints about the food, so I didn't have high expectations. But it was surprisingly delicious! 😂 We ate a ton of food as soon as we arrived, and drinks and alcohol were unlimited. The only downside is that there were very few Chinese tourists; it's almost entirely a white resort. Any problems were responded to and resolved promptly. Highly recommended!FromHK$1,100

what's good:
18+ adults only. No kids, almost no elderly guests or Asian faces.
The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. Besides the buffet restaurant that changes its menu daily, the Greek restaurant is available for reservations every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, and the Asian restaurant every Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Plus, there are 4 or 5 bars! Every day was spent eating, playing, and sleeping.
The facilities are great, and all the following are free: tennis, table tennis, swimming, basketball, soccer, and yoga.
The hotel's entertainment team is so much fun, organizing all sorts of activities every day and incredibly enthusiastic!
what's to be improved:
1. Both the check-in and check-out front desk staff were very impatient.
2. I can understand the noise from the party themed nights; however, there's a construction site next to the hotel with drilling from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM every day, which is just too loud!
3. The hotel charges extra for sailing and paddleboarding, and the price is ten times higher than outside the hotel. They also frequently come to the beach to push sales, and their attitude is quite poor.FromHK$1,976

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.FromHK$894

Private beach access and breathtaking ocean views are unbeatable. The room was spacious and clean with a full sea-view balcony. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to eat. The pool was massive. It's about 5km from the fish market. Although the facilities show their age a bit, they are well-maintained. I had high expectations for Steigenberger Aqua Magic, but unfortunately my experience did not match the reputation of the hotel. The first disappointment started at check-in. I booked two rooms and sent a request in advance asking for adjacent rooms because we are one family traveling with children. The hotel is very large and consists of several buildings, so it is simply not reasonable for my children to stay in one building while I stay in another. At reception I was told that there were no rooms of the same category available in the same building. To solve the problem, I agreed to pay around €100 to upgrade the second room. However, even after paying for the upgrade, the rooms were still not next to each other. They were only on the same floor despite my repeated request. To make matters worse, I received the key to the first room after approximately 3:00 PM, while the second room was not ready until after 6:00 PM because housekeeping had not finished preparing it. Waiting several extra hours for a room after paying for an upgrade was very frustrating. Then, on the day of departure, shortly after 12:00 PM I received a call asking me to check out immediately. I found this difficult to understand. If the hotel expects guests to respect the official checkout time, then guests should also expect their rooms to be ready at the official check-in time. The standards should be the same for both sides. Another disappointing policy was the specialty restaurants. Although I booked an All-Inclusive package, I was only allowed to use one specialty restaurant because my stay was less than five nights. I do not think this is a fair policy. If a restaurant is fully booked, I completely understand, but if tables are available, all All-Inclusive guests should have the opportunity to dine there regardless of the length of their stay. Restricting access only because of the number of nights makes the All-Inclusive experience feel unnecessarily limited. I also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some guests were treated. I paid in foreign currency just like many international guests, yet I noticed that the building assigned to us was occupied mostly by Egyptian families and its overall condition was not maintained to the same standard, especially the unpleasant smell around the ground-floor bathrooms. Another incident happened at the swimming pool where my children were told that inflatable toys and floats were not allowed, and we immediately respected the rules. However, only a few minutes later we saw children of other nationalities using similar inflatables in the same pool without being stopped. This made me feel that the rules were not being applied equally to everyone. I also remember another situation at reception where a foreign guest requested to change rooms and was offered several alternatives. When I requested the same, the receptionist briefly searched and then told me that no rooms were available. Seeing another guest receive multiple options while I was told there was nothing available left me questioning why the same level of service was not offered to me. I am not saying this based on rumors; I am simply describing my own experience during my stay. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews whether its procedures and policies are being applied equally to all guests. Despite these issues, I would like to thank the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and cleaning team. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated us. The hotel itself has excellent facilities and great potential, but the inconsistent service at reception and the feeling that some guests receive better treatment than others had a significant impact on our holiday. I hope the management takes these comments seriously because equal treatment, fair policies, and better organization at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience for everyone.FromHK$1,090

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star but I think 3 star would be more deserving.
Best points - The pool & the Jaccazui suite room were amazing. Their spa facility and gym looked very good.
Bad points - I was not given my welcome pack until the day before I checked out. The buffet food was very basic with not much flavour. All the pastries were basic and bland besides the baklava.
I was told they are short staffed and have no drink when I asked room service to bring some up.
The A La Carte was all pre booked so I cannot comment on how those were as I did not get the chance to try these.
The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room.FromHK$503
