The hotel is on the mountain, with a good location where you can see the mountain. It is very close to the tourist goods street, which is very convenient for shopping after dinner. The hotel staff are very service-minded, polite and thoughtful, making customers feel very warm. The room is large and clean, the milk tea for breakfast is delicious, and it can accommodate Chinese people. It is a good stay experience! Thank them for their service.

A Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof
We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead.
That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am.
At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort.FromIDR 1,988,389

The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.SOLD OUT

This hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient.
As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant.

Very good location in Alexander Platz and you can't get a better location than this one, because there are so many shopping malls, food trucks and restaurants around. The hotel is a little bit old, but everything is in good shape and the staffs are very helpful. I wish I could get a bigger room, but I got what I paid for. We were greeted with the friendly front desk staff & got an early check in to the room 🫶🏻 Lucky enough to get a connecting room (perfect for family stay) after requesting for one. Room was spacious enough however they don't provide amenities like room slipper and toothbrush nor mineral water. Our room is city view hence it was a tad bit noisy at night. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Awesome! Three of us booked a six-person room. The place was huge, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. It had two single beds and two bunk beds. We should've brought more people along, haha! Plus, the views were really nice. It's just a bit far from the city center.FromIDR 179,003

My stay at a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof was overall a pleasant experience, especially given its unbeatable location right next to the main train station. This made exploring Berlin incredibly convenient.
The service was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The facilities were adequate for a short stay—the room was functional, though the amenities felt quite basic. While everything was clean and in working order, the overall comfort and extras were average, which is reflected in my 3/5 rating for amenities.
I traveled with a partner, and the room suited our needs well. It was a good base for sightseeing, though not particularly luxurious. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the common areas seemed well-maintained.

The room was very quiet and well soundproofed. Plus, the floor was divided into several sections, which was much better than the Generator in Barcelona. The front desk service was also a lot better than in Barcelona, and they even moved me to a lower floor. The only downside is that they charge for luggage storage.FromIDR 234,640

Absolutely in love with this hotel and our room specifically. It’s just few steps away from the Berlin Wall museum and Charlie Checkpoint, 12mins from the metro station to reach other tourist attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, with a view of the street. It can get a bit noisy on weekend’s nights but we had zero problem with that. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The price was also very competitive for a big city like Berlin.
P/S: If you fancy some Vietnamese food, there’s a Viet restaurant 4 mins away from the hotel serving good Pho.FromIDR 1,078,858

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. This hostel is packed with noisy teen-agers.
Location is good, rooms are ok.
We stayed in a two beds bedroom with a caravan toilet inside, pretty helpful but pretty small and dirty as well.
Cleanliness standards are not really high.
Basically the place is well connected with a lovely common spaces but everything is dirty as **** and the guests are going to make feel your visit like a kindergarten visit but apart of that, if you can catch a good price like we did, the place is not bad.SOLD OUT
