Stayed for 6 nights from 19 October 2025. The Good: - spacious room - good hot shower (very important to me) - walking distance to District 2 and Glory Mall. Lots of food choices. The Bad - The bathroom has a clear glass panel which looks into the bedroom. I had enquired at the Front Desk and via ”At Your Service” phone button at least 3 times whether they could do something for privacy as I was sharing room with my son. The staff told me that they could sent someone to install curtains. Subsequently, a man turned up and passed me a folded bedsheet. He said it was for me to cover the glass panel. I asked how I was to do it without any tools - ladder, hooks etc !!! He replied past guests had given same feedback but Management did nothing. He said that his colleague had tried taping up the bedsheet but it soon dropped due to weight! I called the ”At Your Service” again, this time a guy said he would get back if there's a room with full privacy. Instead, the same man returned with the bedsheet again! Please understand that for twin sharing, having privacy is very important. - not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang up towel to dry and clothes for changing. Had to drape over the bathtub. - I had booked a room with 2 single bed but was checked into a room with King bed. I called the Front Desk and a lady told me that I booked for a King bed. I said that I had printout to prove that I booked 2 single. Eventually, she returned call and informed that they would change our room in the morning, which was duly done.

You can tell the facilities are a bit old, and because the hotel has some years on it, the soundproofing is pretty mediocre. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, and the opening and closing of doors in the next room is especially noticeable. The breakfast selection and taste are quite ordinary for a five-star hotel; nothing particularly memorable. The location is great for exploring the small commodities market, within walking distance. There are also plenty of dining options within a couple of blocks. It's more suitable for business travel than for a leisure trip to this city. Oh, and booking through Ctrip doesn't allow you to earn points in the Marriott Bonvoy program, which is a huge drawback compared to other platforms that automatically link to your Marriott membership for points.

As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in countless hotels, but experiencing such a profound 'home away from home' feeling is truly rare. This time, the experience wasn't due to luxurious decor or lavish breakfasts, but stemmed from a front desk employee, Ms. Feng, and the heartfelt, warm service she embodies. A few days ago, while checking out in a hurry, I accidentally left a carry-on suitcase near the hotel. Upon realizing it was missing, I was incredibly anxious. Although the suitcase didn't contain anything particularly valuable, it held small souvenirs I'd collected during my travels, daily medication, and some personal items, all of which were very meaningful to me. I immediately called the hotel for help, and it was Ms. Feng who answered the phone. She showed no impatience whatsoever; instead, she patiently calmed me down and proactively offered to help me look for it. Previously, the hotel had sent me a suitcase that they thought might be mine, but it turned out not to be. At that time, I already felt apologetic, thinking I was bothering the staff too much. However, this morning, just as I was resting in bed due to feeling unwell and had almost given up hope, my phone rang again – it was Ms. Feng. She gently told me, 'We've received another unclaimed suitcase here. The information isn't very clear, but we immediately thought of you. Please don't worry; I'll bring the suitcase up to you right away for confirmation.' In that moment, I was truly stunned. Not only did she remember my previous situation, but she also proactively thought of me and my needs, even considering that I couldn't come downstairs and offering to personally deliver it. A few minutes later, the doorbell rang. I opened the door to see Ms. Feng, slightly out of breath, standing there with that familiar suitcase in her hand. When I instantly recognized it as my long-lost suitcase, I was so excited I could barely speak. 'It's this one! It's it!' I quickly took the suitcase, double-checking everything; nothing was missing. My eyes welled up – not just because I found my lost item, but because of her thoughtful and persistent service that went above and beyond her duty. I apologized repeatedly, feeling like I had caused too much trouble. But Ms. Feng just smiled and waved her hand, saying, 'It's nothing, as long as it's found. Your comfortable stay at our hotel is what matters most!' A simple sentence, yet it warmed my heart. This wasn't standard corporate jargon, but a genuine expression of truly caring for the guest. In this fast-paced era, many people have grown accustomed to indifference and standardized services. But Ms. Feng made me realize that there are still people willing to put their heart into a 'small matter.' She didn't view my request for help as a burden, but as a trust to be honored; she didn't make me drag my sick body downstairs, but chose to go the extra mile herself. It's precisely this small step that bridges the gap between people. I believe that truly high-end service is never just a slogan on the wall, but kindness hidden in the details. One pickup, two calls, and a personal delivery – these seemingly trivial actions collectively created an unforgettable stay. I finally understand why I choose this place again and again – because it offers not only comfortable rooms but also reassuring human warmth. Here, I sincerely commend Ms. Feng and am proud that your hotel has such an excellent employee. Please be sure to convey my gratitude and affirmation to her. I also hope that this warm spirit of service can be seen by more people. You have demonstrated through your actions that 'no service is a small matter,' and you've made me believe that the best reputation lies in moments treated with care. What a pleasant surprise! The lovely lady at check-in gave us a free upgrade to a king-size room! The room was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The bathroom was also huge, with separate enclosures for the shower and toilet, plus a big bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛀. The full-wall, floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing view; standing there overlooking Yiwu's nightscape was just breathtaking! Right downstairs is the Santing Road Night Market, making it super convenient to wander around and grab some food. I absolutely loved it! Highly, highly, highly recommended~ My daughter said that every time she comes back to China, she wants to come to Yiwu for a shopping spree to get gifts for her classmates and friends. It truly doesn't get any better than this! From now on, every time we visit, we'll definitely be staying at the Yindu Hotel. It's excellent value for money!

The facilities are too run-down, comparable to a 200 RMB room in Yiwu. No smart toilet seat, which was a huge discomfort. The pillows were uncomfortable, there was no non-slip mat in the bathroom, and no shower cap. The Wi-Fi was also bad. The staff were all very nice; the only good thing was the front desk. They enthusiastically explained parking, how to get around, and helped carry things to the room… Ctrip is deceptive! It claims the hotel is a 450-meter walk from the trade city! Ctrip’s advertisement gets a thumbs down! It takes 16-20 minutes by taxi!!!! It is, however, close to the night market, about a 10-minute walk. The picture shows the Xinjiang and Yemen restaurant area downstairs, as well as the night market.

Every time I visit Yiwu, I choose this hotel. I've gotten used to staying here; the location is excellent, very close to the commercial district. You just cross a skybridge, and you're there, which is super convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, not huge, but the smart features are great – a smart toilet and a powerful shower. The lobby is on the seventh floor, a quiet spot where you can sit. I often bring clients here for coffee, and we can chat for an entire afternoon. They also offer complimentary fruit and tea, so the service is truly exceptional. And the breakfast, well, it goes without saying that it's great value for money. They frequently introduce new dishes; my favorites are the omelets and freshly wrapped wontons. The staff are genuinely very attentive and always try their best to accommodate any requests. This is a major reason why I've become a repeat guest. As someone who travels frequently, having a reliable hotel that fits my needs is incredibly convenient. Choosing this place was definitely a good decision!

Originally, I had a last-minute idea to stay for half a day longer. When checking in, I tried to ask if it was possible to extend the check-out until 4 pm, but I didn't have much hope. After all, many hotels either require additional fees or only offer an extension until 2 pm. As a result, Manager Lee smiled without even thinking and said, 'No problem, just remember to come over at the designated time.' He didn't even have any extra procedures, which was very refreshing and immediately relieved the tension in our schedule. When checking out later, I hurriedly left my wallet in the room and found it at the front door. Unexpectedly, Manager Lee had already contacted the housekeeping department in advance and personally went to the room to help us retrieve our wallets. Also. The hotel room was great and large, breakfast was amazing with many food choices to eat , swimming pool opens from early 6:30 morning and closed at 10:30 night , also thanks for viola and other stuff at front desk for their warm hospitality and willingness to answer any questions

I highly recommend the KaiChen K Hotel in Yiwu – it was an incredibly pleasant stay! The hotel is centrally located in the Xiuhu business district, right next to Yiwu Tiandi, and just a 20-minute drive from both the train station and the International Trade City. This makes it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and finding food. Plus, free parking is a huge bonus for anyone driving. The sky lobby on the 22nd floor offers fantastic views. During check-in, the staff thoughtfully offered hot tea and were efficient and warm throughout the process. We also got to enjoy a late check-out until 2 PM, which was a nice touch. Our deluxe room was spacious with smart controls for everything; XiaoDu (the smart assistant) handled the lights and curtains with a single command. The mini-bar had complimentary drinks, and amenities like the smart toilet and humidifier were all there. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable – attention to detail was evident everywhere.

The hotel is located by the lake and next to a botanical garden, offering a great natural environment and nice window views. Although the decor is a bit dated, you can tell the underlying quality is quite good. When we arrived, we wanted to drop off our luggage at the hotel entrance, but the security guard directed us straight to the underground parking lot. So there we were, in the underground garage with two elevators. We parked close to one and lugged all our bags upstairs, only to walk around in circles for ages and still not find the lobby. We had to call to find out that the hotel is divided into East and West wings, and the lobby is in the middle. The elevator we took was for the West wing, and we ended up doing a full circle of the West wing by turning right. It then hit me that there were no signs in the underground parking garage indicating where the lobby was, and there were several elevators. You really have to remember which elevator you used to get back to your room, or you'll be searching forever! What started as an unpleasant beginning was compounded by the front desk staff's stiff attitude and the bellhop's cold and impatient demeanor. On the bright side, the breakfast the next day had many made-to-order items, and the taste was excellent. However, the service staff were expressionless throughout. When I asked one of the chefs what the toppings were for a dish, she seemed to ignore me completely as if she hadn't heard me. I really feel that this hotel's training must be quite subpar. I probably won't be staying here again unless there's a special circumstance. This is the worst hotel service I've experienced in all my years of staying at hotels.
