Второе окно выходило в колодец, что было удобно, его можно было оставлять открытым на ночь и дышать свежим воздухом, не слыша шума улицы. Завтрак разнообразный. Обслуживание хорошее. В отеле есть лифт.

Naples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port. There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ... The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun. The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.

The hotel is located high above Naples. Although it is not near the old town in the center of the city, it is quiet. The view is beautiful. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The hotel is modern and the lights are all touch-screen. The breakfast is very rich and the view is first-class. It's just that every time I take a taxi, the taxi driver doesn't charge according to the meter, which is a bit unbearable.

Hidden gem inside the city. 15 minute walk to spacconapoli, 25 minutes to the birthplace of pizza. It’s furnished super nicely, and decadent in some ways but also hidden in what looks like a lackluster apartment building. Acceptable breakfast, good service and a comfortable sleep

The sea view room I booked seemed to be upgraded. The room is quite large and the decoration is very ”palace” feeling. I feel very happy when I wake up. In addition, the sea is super close when I open the window. The opposite is the Castel dell'Ovo and I can see the houses along the coastline of Naples. The scenery is really beautiful. The service is also good. Very professional and polite, very Italian. The shower room is super large and has two shower heads. Two people can take a shower together... But it seems unnecessary. Instead, the toilet space is very small and cramped. There is no place to put toiletries in the shower room. This design is quite special. Overall, it is good. If you live by the sea, I think it is ok to choose this hotel. You can't go wrong.

We loved the Santa Chiara. We arrived late at night and it was a little hard to find, but I guess that is all part of the charm! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the location is unbeatable for the Centro Storico area. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby. What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery. The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. The food provided by the hotel is also very delicious. The octopus salad I ordered was very satisfying.
