This is my second stay. The last time was before the pandemic. I feel that the hotel has not changed much overall, but there are some minor adjustments. There is a pungent smell of spray paint in the corridor near the room. After I told the front desk, I immediately changed the room and gave a bottle of red wine. The only thing I think is that the hotel parking is expensive.

Brilliant. On the water, just far enough away from the busy CBD yet you can walk there for shopping, beautiful walks around the point and through the gardens, all staff provided fabulous service, incredible wharf converted into modern hotel, loved the brekkie too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Team Ovolo!

Nesuto is ideally located to tour around most interesting places around Sydney's CBD; one can walk, take a bus or train. A quiet neighbourhood also conveniently within reach of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are friendly; the place is clean and offers self catering in the rooms, which was great. Management could improve on internet access especially on the first floor left wing rooms. Otherwise, a good experience for my family.

Great location close to CBD but on a quiet street. About 10 min walk to kings cross station. Spacious room. Clean. Affordable parking.

There was a little dust, but it wasn't bothersome. I had requested twin beds when I booked the accommodation, and even though I didn't mention it again at check-in, I was immediately given a twin room, which was great. I arrived in Sydney in the morning, so when I dropped off my luggage before check-in, I butchered the English grammar, which seemed to surprise the staff a little. However, they were very kind and understood me well, for which I'm very grateful. Fortunately, at check-in, there was a staff member who spoke Korean, so checking in was easy. Overall, all the staff were friendly and excellent. They were also very kind when I requested towels and when I asked for the restroom key to use the restroom on the first floor before check-in and after check-out! 😄

room is good and clean. however on my 4th night, a portion of the paint on the bathtub chipped off and i had to change room. the “new” room seems smaller and layout was kinda weird, aircon was not strong. but i have to spend 2 nights with it so just kinda have to suck it up. overall location is good and quiet. (ps. do not get room 312 lol)

The hotel was a real gem for our family! Location is great - about a 30-min walk to Sydney's attractions and 5 min to the bus stop. The triple room is comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony, good air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff are very friendly. Full breakfast was excellent, with hot choices and fresh fruits. Coffee machine in the lounge on the second floor was a nice surprise:)
- Guest User
The staff are helpful and response promptly. The breakfast got a lot of choices for me such as sausages, eggs, bean which are in hot & fresh condition. The breakfast room is clean and warm. If you like, you can sit outside (balcony) where is nice too. Oh ya, you may keep your baggage in the office when you are going out for few hours. Overall, very good!

I had a fantastic stay at Pacific House Hostel in Sydney and can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel has a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a real sense of community that makes you feel welcome from the first day. What truly sets Pacific House apart is the active social program they organize. The coastal walk along the beaches was absolutely amazing — stunning ocean views, fresh air, and great company. The walk across the bridge was another unforgettable experience with incredible views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. The picnics were also a highlight: beach barbecues with a relaxed vibe, good food, and lots of laughter, as well as simple but lovely sandwich picnics in the Botanical Garden — a perfect way to enjoy the city and meet new people. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and fun environment. Special thanks to David from Poland, who ran many of the activities — his energy, friendliness, and great organization made a big difference and truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more than just a place to sleep, but a memorable stay full of activities, new friends, and great memories

Staying at The Pacific House during my trip to Sydney was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very convenient, close to the station and city attractions, making getting around a breeze. My room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and stylish, making me feel right at home and relaxed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, always ready to answer any questions and offering tons of practical travel advice, which made me feel very welcome. The complimentary breakfast, though simple, was a thoughtful touch, providing plenty of energy for my daily adventures. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and respected here, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Sydney; it's a place with warmth and quality. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sydney!
