Have been to this hotel in the past, this was prior to change of ownership.
Very pleasantly surprised at the obvious refurbishment, room was excellent, would definitely recommend, bedding & bathroom spotless, staff very friendly, knowledgeable.
Breakfast more than sufficient for choice and quality, only one negative, they don't cook fresh eggs (poached or fried), so had to settle for scrambled.

I booked this hotel for a friend’s wedding and arrived much earlier than the check-in time. At reception, I was assisted by a lovely lady named Joe, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and, most importantly, kind. She quickly helped resolve everything for me.

Was a fab stay from start to finish. Staff were very warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble.
The bar and sitting area by reception is spacious.
Rooms are roomy and very clean. Room are high quality and spa which you use with stay is Amazing.

The hotel was outstanding, service was outstanding from check in to check out. The room was outstanding and the bed comfortable to aid a good nights sleep. All the staff worked really hard and I would like to give special mention to the restaurant/bar staff. I think their names were Liv and Mickey, there was a third but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. They gave exceptional customer service and worked really hard to make sure all guests were taken care of and in a timely matter. I would definitely stay here again.FromVND 1,630,128

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.FromVND 2,218,677

Really loved this hotel from the moment we got there. Clean and great vibe ! lovely venue, room and super comfy bed and pillows. Excellent facilities and swimming pool. Great bar and restaurant area. Only thing was little slow to clear the table and to remind the bar staff both nights about bringing the kids menu ice cream. Environmentally friendly and pastoral style,
The bathroom is clean and tidy, and bath products are provided.
The downside is that the bed can be a bit dirty.
