Good location even its not beside the Venice river to have a nice view. But the good part, you don't have to deal with the noise. It can be very noisy at night! Their hosts are quite friendly and helpful. They can talk in English so its easy to deal with them. The downside is they don't have a lift. So its quite hard to carry your stuffs upstairs when your room is on level 3 or 4.

We stayed at Lalisa Hotel for two nights. The hotel is in convenient location near attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helped us quickly whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

All staffs are working AVS hotel are helpful and nice to us. They upgraded my room at sea view. Room are big and has good sea view . Swimming pool clean but small in size. Breakfast is very good. The price per room is very reasonable, not expensive. Lack of gym room is not good for clients. Electricity was always out of services .It was needed to improve.

The hotel's location is very convenient. Five minutes to the cable car station, the evening market, the bus stop to Khem, and the city center. We had a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. We saw the Symphony of the Sea show, which was absolutely amazing. San Bavaria is below us. The room had everything as advertised: crisp white linens and towels. The receptionists were polite and friendly. The hotel's decor is beautiful. I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is two minutes away; you just choose one dish from what I think is eight.

I stayed in a room on the third floor, which was very spacious and I was able to see the fireworks from my room. It was a shame that the bed smelled of vomit, probably because the previous guest had vomited, but other than that it was very nice.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the room. It is very suitable for lying down. The room is new and clean. There are flowers everywhere in the yard. There is also a big swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very rich. Except for the slightly inconvenient transportation and the difficulty of calling a taxi at night, everything is very good. In addition, I will meet the crew of VietJet Air. It should be the hotel where their crew rests. Looking forward to meeting the beautiful stewardess!

The room is very nice and big, with enough space, and there is a super large swimming pool right outside the door. The hotel is located in a remote area, not so convenient, but it provides all the services it should, making people feel warm and cozy.

I stayed there with my girlfriend for a couple of days, the price was reasonable, the hotel is in a non-tourist area, but I rented a moped, so there were no problems The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere, there is a small but quite deep swimming pool, which is a big plus👍 The downside was the cool air conditioning, from which you can freeze and get sick, and also if you take a shower, there will definitely be no hot water, but to each his own Overall, the hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help

I had a good stay at Paralia. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great and is just a short walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and massage spas in the area. For the price, it was very good. I didn't have breakft, but my friend did. She said the breakftcould have been better quality and the area for breakfast could be cleaner.

Food in the hotel restaurant(Pansy Coffee&Bistro) isn’t good,quality is low. Pizza it’s a frozen pizza from supermarket they just make it hot there,menu is very week. We didn’t have a hot water in the room many times, just last day we had a warm water. Hair dryer isn’t comfortable. Staff of the hotel is good,they always help if you ask them 🙂

The hotel prepared a honeymoon cake for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the pool isn't huge, it faces the sea and has a bar, which is very convenient. Since it's a Thai enterprise, the moment you hear ”Sawasdee Ka” upon entering, it really feels like you've arrived in Thailand. The hotel staff clean in slippers, which is truly civilized. We happened to have a rainy day, and the hotel had already thoughtfully placed umbrellas in various corners for guests to use, which was very considerate. The hotel's swimming bag is lovely, just like the hotel garden, giving a very natural feel. It certainly lives up to its name, with a touch of romantic beauty.

The location is pretty good with night market, supermarkets, money exchange places, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as spas all around. The hotel’s pools and beach are nice. Breakfast has good variety of food, quite delicious. Housekeeping leaves a nice message and cookies for you every night and prepared a birthday cake for my husband. Only issue was the lobby music was so loud in the morning it woke us up, but the hotel fixed it after we told them about it, housekeeping will also wake you up quite early if you don’t put on DND. But overall we had a really good time and the staff was very helpful!

We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case) One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected. My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened) So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.

Room was clean, comfortable, and the pool was very nice to swim, the water temperature was convenient and there was two separate zone for adults and kids. Staffs were kind and very helpful They always asked if I need anything or was there anything to help. I would love to tell my appreciation to Lilly, hotel staff, she was kind and helped me not only in the hotel but also my whole travel, telling me good places in the island and finding me the private car. I strongly recommend the hotel and definitely will book again here.

The swimming pool, in particular, is quite unique, and directly across from the hotel is a beautiful white sand beach, making it perfect for family trips. It felt like over 90% of the guests were foreigners, from various countries, though with a noticeable number of Koreans. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was spectacular with much special thanks and high appreciations to Noah from Front Desk, Gracie from Guest Relations and Gin from Pink Pearl who have all created unforgettable memories for us! It started with a very warm welcoming by Noah who gave us his heartfelt smile all the time, making us feel so comfortable! We will never forget the excitement and engagement he had when approaching us to introduce the theme of the hotel, which he was super influential and successful in creating such a one and only kind of check-in experience for us! And every time we saw Noah, even when we just pass by, he was always so attentive and eager to offer assistant to us for anything! Gracie was so sweet that even we just had a very short time seeing each other in the hotel tour she guided us! She could immediately notice how much I love taking pictures at just the start of the tour, and thus showing me every “instagrammable” side of the hotel, along with detailed introduction of every building design which really made us feel connected! In the tour, she was very lovely and energetic which we love that so much! After 2 days, we were also very surprised that Noah and Gracie had even remembered our nicknames by heart and handwritten us a very sweet notecard put in our room after our long day being outside! That really made our day!  And Gin, last but not least, a gentleman who had given us a very memorable night in Pink Pearl. He did paid high attention to our wine preferences and did his very best to fulfil us in any ways with his patient and wide knowledge. We enjoyed a lot with his professionalism in delivering us a cozy and classy ambience but personalised services at the same time. He definitely had executed a high level of fine dining standard throughout the night and we truly appreciate that! Thank you sincerely once again. The decoration, room design, scene from bedroom of the hotel are fantastic! The breakfast buffet is very nice, too! We can make our own French bread with pate and also having delicious beef pho and steamed rice noodle with fish cake!  We can watch fireworks at the poolside which is so amazing and then after the firework, we can visit the night market nearby within walking distance to have foot massage, too! But one problem arised for Jan booking that Vinbus is no longer free of charge but my package bought should be inclusive of free Vinbus, I have informed the reception while check in but seems no refund for the bus fare finally for four of us!

I’m writing this detailed review so other families know exactly what to expect before booking. To be fair, most of the staff at Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc were genuinely lovely. The majority were warm, polite and tried their best. However, the issues we experienced throughout our stay were far more serious than what you would ever expect from a resort marketed as 5 star. Our problems started from the moment we arrived. The two receptionists who checked us in were unfriendly, unwelcoming and offered no basic hospitality. We were not allowed to check in 25 minutes early, which was fine, but when 2 pm came and we were given our key, the villa door didn’t work because the electronic lock battery had run out. Once we finally got inside, we discovered multiple issues: • Three of the TVs did not work • The kids’ safari room wasn’t set up • The kids’ room was boiling hot, which is extremely unsafe for a 2 and 4 year old • Star lights were missing • None of the lamps worked • The toilet seat was broken • Guest slippers were missing • The toy dogs provided in the kids’ safari room were stained, which is unacceptable for young children These problems alone would have resulted in an immediate room change or compensation at any true 5 star property. Here, nothing of that sort was offered. Next issue: the kitchen. The villa is advertised as having a kitchen, but it was completely empty. There were only three cups for a family of five, no microwave and no way to heat food. Guests are told they must pay a hire fee if they want to use utensils, cutlery or proper crockery. I have never encountered this policy anywhere in the world — you pay for a villa with a kitchen but must pay extra to actually use it. On our third day, we were locked out of our villa for half an hour with two toddlers being bitten by mosquitoes because the door battery “ran out” again. Completely unacceptable for a resort at this price point. That night, when we asked to have food (purchased from Vinpearl’s own restaurant) heated for our children, we were again told about the cutlery hire fee and were repeatedly questioned about the food even though it was in clearly labeled Vinpearl packaging. To finish the trip, the resort bus to the airport smelled strongly of vomit, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. While the manager and several staff members were polite and tried to help, these systemic issues — poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, hygiene concerns and unreasonable policies — made our experience extremely disappointing. For families considering this resort: Be aware that the kitchen is empty, you will be charged to use utensils, and you may encounter multiple maintenance problems. These are not small oversights — they affected our stay every single day. Unfortunately, this resort did not deliver anywhere near a 5 star experience, and we would not book here again.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Even better, it's close to the city center; the free bus stops right outside the hotel.

All staffs are working AVS hotel are helpful and nice to us. They upgraded my room at sea view. Room are big and has good sea view . Swimming pool clean but small in size. Breakfast is very good. The price per room is very reasonable, not expensive. Lack of gym room is not good for clients. Electricity was always out of services .It was needed to improve.
