Hotel was perfect. Food was absolutely perfect. So many specialty restaurants! I loved the seafood restaurant! I love the Turkish restaurant! The food was to die for. The drinks are not what I would call top shelf but they are also not what I would call bottom shelf. Stuff flawless perfect dreamy they did everything to make sure you were happy. The only flaw I would find with the hotel was the dream covid they didn't enforce mask restrictions on their gas. Ukrainian seem to have an aversion of wearing masks! Paid around $200 with tax for this room for two people all inclusive. Fantastic deal and worth every single penny. The question I always ask myself is would I come back here again? Yes absolutely! Brief is a little tricky have to walk pretty far out to get to it but there is somebody who is watching people in the water which is important because tide changes and was very surprised at how far out of drug man such a short amount of time and I'm an excellent swimmer. So be careful in the water. Lots of fish in the reef! So many swimming pools for you to choose from. I give this hotel six Star Plus rating review. Very impressed!!

While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

The hotel is old, but well maintained. The room is clean, the all-inclusive meals are good, and the Chinese stomach can adapt. The service is warm and cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there are not many corals and fish in the snorkeling area of the hotel area, and it is a bit far from the main city. It is a bit inconvenient if you don’t drive by yourself. It seems that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city, but the frequency is not frequent. I recommend the navigation El Fanar Zarda Cafe, the sea over there is the ceiling of Sharm. Or go directly to Dahab, the island is so beautiful, much more fun than Sharm

We all like this place so much. This is a perfect vacation trip. The hotel is in SOHO Plaza. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel environment is beautiful, the management is very good, it is safe, and the service staff is very friendly. We leave for the airport at two o'clock. We delayed check-out until two o'clock and used the hotel's taxi service, which was very convenient and fast. There are many guests in the hotel, but they are happy, not noisy, and can rest quietly. My favorite thing is to lie on the beach chair and bask in the sun. You can see beautiful corals and various beautiful fish without snorkeling at the beach. The breakfast was rich and delicious. If you have the opportunity to come to Sharm El Sheikh again, you will definitely choose to stay at the Savoy Sharm El Sheikh Hotel!

When I looked at hotels on the trip.com website, it said 5 stars, but at the hotel reception I saw that they actually had 4. As for the hotel itself, everything is generally very nice and high-quality, yes, it is not a new hotel, if you look closely you can see the consequences of use, but in general it is like a used Mercedes with a good owner, and the fact that it is used does not stop it being a Mercedes. As for the staff, everyone is as friendly and pleasant as possible, some are even very nice, there have never been any problems. I only took breakfasts, I went for lunch once, the breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from, but every morning it is about the same, but due to the variety, in general it does not have time to get bored. Lunch is nicer (we bought it separately once, we did not take it with a voucher, the cost of lunch is $ 13 one-time) more filling, but that is what lunch is for, I have never been to dinner, in general you can easily give 4 for food, but I am not particularly demanding in this regard. Cons: for some it may be the entry into the sea, a 10 meter long bridge and from it you go down into the water and swim, where the depth is already 2-3 meters. All because there are reefs near the shore (but there are fish and you can dive for them) and there is no smooth entry as such, like, for example, on the beach of Naama Bay. For me it was not a problem, but for someone who swims very poorly it may be an obstacle, although people were given life jackets and everything was ok, also in addition to this there are three swimming pools on the territory. Well, the location at first seemed not very good, but later it turned out that it is not bad at all, you can get to the old city by taxi on indrive for 2$ 5 km distance, to the Naama Bay square you can for about 1$ or walk at a walking pace of about 20 minutes if you go through the shopping center, plus three times in the evening a bus goes to the square from the hotel for free, takes you and takes you back three hours later, but it can be difficult to get on it, you need to book in advance. In general, to be honest, I was choosing between this hotel and the Naama Bay hotel, in terms of price and quality, these 2 seemed the most successful, I wanted more in the second, but for certain reasons it did not work out, so I chose this one and did not regret it at all, no problems, no deceptions, everything was high-quality and pleasant. The only thing I wanted to add was that I went with a friend, we are 30 years old and we thought maybe there would be parties in the hotel, young people, clubs))) but no, the rest here is more measured, light, like a sanatorium, in general, for youth parties, this is definitely not the place))) although maybe this is for the best, since you can hang out at home in Russia. Something like that, a maximally unbiased review, I repeat, only pleasant impressions remained, while I was writing I even felt a little sad that it was all over, but I think that someday I will definitely come back and here in particular!!! I posted some photos, all from the hotel grounds.

Check out staff tried to scam us into paying extra for check out saying there was a charge against the room. When we questioned this they said systems are down, then tried to say we hadn’t paid the full balance. After challenging them , they had no proof then tried to apologise. Don’t use the in house restaurants, massively over priced, food missing ingredients, service diabolical, they brought out mains before appetizers, didn’t adm us for drinks. Food was very average, not worth the price. Massage was good, breakfast decent, beach small, but nice for a dip in the seawater Locally there is soho square, lively and no pushy people trying to get you to buy things. Overall avoid Egypt, very corrupt people, constantly trying to scam everyone, very intolerant towards non believers, lesson learnt!

Our stay was pleasant, and the beach offered both sandy and rocky areas. The only real downside was the challenging access to the front desk due to the numerous stairs. Also, the Wi-Fi was unfortunately only available at reception and was quite weak. A big thank you to Omar, a very kind staff member who even tried his best to help with the Wi-Fi issues. If the Wi-Fi connectivity improves, I would certainly consider staying again.

This hotel mainly does business with Russians. It is booked by them. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem. This used to be the Hyatt Regency in Sharm. Now it is called Park Recency. You can experience this kind of edge yourself. The hardware is old, nothing else to say. It is a luxurious five-star resort. You can watch the sunrise over the Red Sea from the balcony. Sharm is worth a visit.

The room is relatively small, but the view is good and the hygiene is very good. The service is relatively passive, but the cooperation is very high. In short, the view is better than anything else. It is very cost-effective for family travel.

First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,

Overall, it was a good experience. However, the reception staff could improve their English fluency for a much better and easier stay. The all-inclusive food was a bit monotonous; it was almost the same every day. For a six-day stay, crabs and prawns were served once and beef and chicken the rest. The beach walk was a quick three minutes, depending on your pace. The staff were generally friendly and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was only sanitised once during our stay.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.
