This hotel is fantastic, with an excellent location right on the main street, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. Breakfast: It was actually quite good. While it might not seem like there's a huge variety at first glance, there are many à la carte options available, like salmon Benedicts and scrambled eggs. There was even a pianist playing during breakfast! Service: Very good. We booked for two adults and one child, and upon arrival, they had prepared stickers, a gift bag for the little one, and an extra bed. Our room was in the inner courtyard, which, while lacking a view, was wonderfully quiet. There were very few Chinese guests; we didn't see any during our stay, mostly foreigners. The room lighting was also very sophisticated, and the minibar was well-stocked. Right outside the hotel, there's a chocolate shop that's incredibly affordable. Make sure to stock up before you leave; the prices for 'Big Head Doll' chocolates at the airport are ten times higher than here!

There were Teremok, Euro Spar, VTB Bank, a Y Card top-up ATM, and Metro Line 1 within walking distance, which was quite convenient. The only downside was the hairdryer; it wasn't very good, but I think that's common in hotels abroad.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with a classic charm. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the front desk staff were proactive and enthusiastic. Their English was very fluent, which is a rarity among front desk staff in Russia. The hotel is not far from the city center or attractions, making its location quite convenient. I love the hotel and all of St. Petersburg – the endless beautiful scenery, museums, cathedrals, and the Neva River… The only thing to note is that the hotel name on Trip.com seemed to be different from the name displayed at the hotel entrance. I actually recognized it by the outdoor photos when I checked in.

The price I got through Ctrip was pretty good, but the hotel room was a bit lacking. They couldn't provide two separate beds for two people, and the room didn't have air conditioning (which is fine in winter, but it's strange not to have air conditioning in such a well-sealed old house in August). St. Petersburg seems to have a certain arrogance; they're not very nice to Chinese people, though it's possible they haven't had a good impression of Chinese tourists in the past! Anyway, time will tell! Overall, I'd still recommend the hotel. The hallways are like a maze, the breakfast is plentiful, and it's right next to the subway station and Dostoevsky's birthplace!

The hotel is very easy to find, and the exterior is much prettier than in the photos; I suggest the hotel take new pictures. It's very convenient to get to the airport and Catherine Palace. The rooms are quite large, and the breakfast is plentiful. Surprisingly, there's even a free airport shuttle, which I don't know why it wasn't mentioned in previous reviews. The hotel has many rooms, but some are a bit far from the elevator.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sapasan, it has a very convenient location and no noise from Nevsky Prospekt thanks to good soundproof windows. The rooms are spacious, and there's a minibar with reasonable prices. A bathrobe, slippers, and all disposable amenities are provided. If anything is missing, the reception can promptly assist. The entrance area and staircase are very pleasant to the eye. I constantly want to return to this hotel.

It's set up much like a branded economy chain hotel in China, and you'll see people from all over the world. **Facilities:** Well-equipped, with a hairdryer, and even an iron and ironing board.
