Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt， I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

The receptionist knew I needed late check out as the registration ceremony is at 11am and we won’t be able to make it for the 12 noon check out. She extended the late check out time for us until 4pm. We came back to the hotel and get changed at 3pm then checked out.
We can’t thank her enough for the hospitality and understanding.
I put all of my family members who visited from overseas at the same hotel. They were very pleased with the hospitality.

I don't need to bother taking expensive taxi from airport to hotel for check in and vice versa when I need to travel to airport on my departure day. Excellent location and I think this is the main merit compared to most other features.

|2.56km from city centerGot a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.

The room was a good size and had a nice bed, a decent size shower etc. It's a little difficult to find; there's a door with a sign next to a cafe and you need to go upstairs for the hostel. There's not really a reception - you need to scan the codes on the door with Whatsapp or Wechat to contact the owner for check in. It's nice though and good value for the area, very close to Prince Edward subway station and lots of nearby bus stops.

The hotel is located on the 5th floor of National Court. The host was very accommodating and you can keep your luggage at the counter after check out if your flights are later in the day. High recommend this place.

Also headroom limited on the beds. Internet was a bit patchy. The receptionist was very helpful/friendly. I also got on the booking e-mail that I had to send in my Photo ID 4 days before checking in. I did not do this but the receptionist was not too strict about this.
