It was pretty good. I booked it for a concert at Inspire Arena. It's very close to Unseo Station, and there are restaurants nearby so it's not desolate. Each room comes with two complimentary drinks, and there's a shuttle service to the airport. The room is spacious, with a dedicated dining area and a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, but no dryer function. The bathroom is designed for wet and dry separation, but since there's no glass door, only a single glass panel, water still splashes out, so the separation isn't completely effective. Overall, though, it's still good, and I'd consider booking here again for another concert.From$57

Booked this hotel for an early flight the next day, and it was the best decision. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable night.
The best feature is their free airport shuttle. The earliest bus is at 5:00 AM, and they advise you to wait outside the entrance 5 minutes beforehand. For my 7:50 AM flight, this was perfectly timed. I arrived at the terminal with plenty of time to check in without any stress.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hassle-free morning before an early departure from Incheon!From$82

The hotel is a very short walk from the subway station. About 150m to 200m. However, the area is far from everything. However, many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Check in was smooth. The room was quite clean except for the carpet which was very soiled. Only liquid soap and shampoo provided; no other toiletries. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee provided but no sugar or milk. We requested the room to be cleaned but all they did was empty the garbage, replace the towels and the coffee/tea. No replacement water and they don't make the bed. The star rating on Trip.com is 4 star but at the hotel the rating is stated as 5 star. Not even a proper 4 star in my view. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and there was a small public park downstairs. The room isn't large, but it was spotlessly clean. The only issue we had was that we paid extra for a late check-out when we checked in the night before, but the hotel clearly didn't inform housekeeping. A cleaner knocked on our door three separate times around 9 AM, which completely ruined our morning rest! When we spoke to the front desk about a refund, they wouldn't agree. It is not made clear that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle services every day. It is only on weekends and this is jo5 communicated until after you arrive.
There are not really any amenities in the hotel. The convenience store is purely supplied and the fitness room does not really have any equipment. It is very clean that I recognise but with lower price you can find much better hotels in the area with proper amenities. The West Wing was definitely much newer; our room was clean and had no strange smells. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kind to our children. My only minor point is that the children's play facilities seemed a bit limited. Due to our late arrival the night before and early departure the next morning, the kids' play areas were either already closed or not yet open, so we unfortunately missed out on experiencing them. Very convenient to wake up to an early flight and hotel room is just a floor on top of the departure gate! However, need to ensure that airline would allow you to checkin early because you need to be checked in your flight if you want to avail of the airport hotel. It is more a place to rest if you have a longer layover. In our case, we booked it because our flight the next day was at 7am. I've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?From$286

It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Considering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.
Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. We departed from Incheon Airport early in the morning the next day and stayed there. Before the coronavirus, it was used as accommodation for airline crews, but now there are many empty rooms. The representative who counts is very friendly.SOLD OUT

This is a Wyndham-branded hotel with a great location. It's right next to Unseo Station on the airport line, just two stops (about 7 minutes) from Incheon Airport T1. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, though it takes around 30 minutes to reach T1. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Mart supermarket next door. This Howard Johnson shares a lobby with the Days Inn next door, and a lot of airline crew stay here. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as an airport transit hotel.From$57

The location is good, close to Songdo Convensia and Central Park, and not far away from Incheon Airport. I arrived at around 13:00, but the hotel said that check-in would only start at 15:00. I return at 14:50, but they still do not allow me to check in. So dome customers stand in front of the reception desk until 15:00. It is inconvenient for business travelers as often we need to get change to formal dress to go to a business event soon after arrival. It would be better if the hotel follow the usual practice of other hotels worldwide that customers would be given room earlier than the check-in time if rooms are available.From$55

|22.1km from city centerI've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?
