Great resort, excellent staff throughout. Pool is nice - lovely atmosphere. There's a quiet pool too should you prefer that. Pool bar was good. Food was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner was plentiful and always freshly cooked. Snacks in between meals were also great and freshly made. International Animation team (Blue team) were superb. Naomi in particular. There's a French animation team who will say hello and little more if you're not booked in through Club Lookea. A lot of the entertainment is in French primarily but when it's dancing and music, it's not too much of a concern. Bar staff in the main bar were always great fun and hard working.FromJPY 37,219

It's a very nice accomodation for families with small children. The beds were hard but the rest of the accommodation and park was amazing. We were in the family area in a senior family suite and this was renovated/looked very nice. The all inclusive is as good as can be expected from all inclusive. They have around 5 themes in the restaurants so the variety of the food is good. The quality of the food as well. The only things that would make it even better would be a slide of some sort and maybe a small pool bar by the family area. It's only a 2 minute walk to the main pool bar, but if also have to keep an eye on the kids;)SOLD OUT

A surprisingly pleasant hotel, only for adults, is located in a distance from clubs, tourist promenades and other ”motors” to the beach, about 20 minutes walk.
The rooms in the bungalow – are clean and comfortable, the plumbing is in excellent condition, the staff is responsive. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is excellent: a range of dishes in the menu, service, organoleptic sensations – all at the level. If possible, we will definitely return.SOLD OUT

El resort es increíble! Hemos disfrutado como niños! Zonas comunes muy bien y preparadas! La habitación es espaciosa igual que el baño. La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia más acogedora. No se escuchaba nada de ruidos que para nosotros es un un prescindible. Estuvimos en la 5 planta. La única pega, por decir algo, es que te dan de cortesía unas muestras de gel y champú pero cuando lo necesité, en recepción, me dieron. Centro comercial muy cerca. Además que el hotel tiene supermercado, gym, mini golf , pista de tenis y te dejan toallas para la piscina!! Tambien hay v un servicio de minibus gratuito que a cada hora te acerca a la playa de Maspalomas! Es increíble! Muy recomendable! Repetiremos!SOLD OUT

Great resort, excellent staff throughout. Pool is nice - lovely atmosphere. There's a quiet pool too should you prefer that. Pool bar was good. Food was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner was plentiful and always freshly cooked. Snacks in between meals were also great and freshly made. International Animation team (Blue team) were superb. Naomi in particular. There's a French animation team who will say hello and little more if you're not booked in through Club Lookea. It's a very nice accomodation for families with small children. The beds were hard but the rest of the accommodation and park was amazing. We were in the family area in a senior family suite and this was renovated/looked very nice. The all inclusive is as good as can be expected from all inclusive. They have around 5 themes in the restaurants so the variety of the food is good. The quality of the food as well. The only things that would make it even better would be a slide of some sort and maybe a small pool bar by the family area. It's only a 2 minute walk to the main pool bar, but if also have to keep an eye on the kids;)SOLD OUT

The rooms in the bungalow – are clean and comfortable, the plumbing is in excellent condition, the staff is responsive.
