Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.

Be careful to avoid pitfalls when it comes to breakfast. The hotel I booked with Ctrip in China included breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was a set meal. I spent more than $200 on breakfast for three days...

The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby.
Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room.

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍From€107

Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good.

They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. The service in an Indian hotel is quite unprofessional. When I checked in at 20:30 in the evening, there was no room available and I had to wait for the cleaning staff to clean it up.
In addition, it should have been renovated in the past two years. The hard and soft furnishings inside are okay and not old.
But the room type of the double bed room is very strange. When you enter the door, there is a sink installed outside with towels underneath. Then when you go to the end of the bedroom, there is a shower room and toilet in the corner. After taking a shower, I couldn't get a towel at all. After using the toilet, I had to walk to the other end to wash my hands. It was really outrageous.
Parking is easy.

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

The front desk staff was more friendly than I expected. Even though the check-in time wasn't that late, the line wasn't too long, so I was able to check in quickly. I had to leave early, so I checked out around 4 a.m., but thankfully, the staff member checked me out right away.
