This hotel's room size absolutely blows away other Japanese hotels in the same price range; I could open two large suitcases with no problem. The shower head is a Refa, and the location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi! Thanks to a kind tip in another review, if you have large luggage, take Exit 18 from Honmachi Station on the Midosuji Line for direct elevator access. There's also a 7-Eleven at Exit 18, which is super convenient! It's half an hour to USJ and an hour to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I always stay here every time I'm on a business trip to Osaka. This time, my stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and working perfectly, and the comfortable bedding helped me shake off my travel fatigue. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the breakfast offered a rich and delicious variety. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city!

This hotel is a good choice for families traveling with children. The room was small, but still comfortable enough for one adult and two kids. Some parts of the room could benefit from renovation, but everything was clean and functional. The location is excellent—very close to Dobuen-mae Station, and just a short walk to the popular 通天阁 and the zoo, making sightseeing very convenient. Having a Sugi Pharmacy only a few steps from the lobby was extremely helpful, especially since it offers tax-free shopping. Japan Post was also just an easy five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality. Overall, a convenient and family-friendly stay with an unbeatable location.

Just finished my stay here and honestly, I really recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient — the Kitahama station is literally just one traffic light away, so getting to Namba, Shin-Osaka, or anywhere else is very easy. The area is a quiet district, so you can actually sleep well at night (no noisy crowds). Plus, there are convenience stores everywhere — Lawson, FamilyMart and 7-Eleven all within 3 minutes’ walk. One thing I really appreciated is that the hotel has laundry machines and dryers. This is very important when travelling, especially in colder or wetter seasons. The room size is also surprisingly big, not like those micro-sized hotel rooms in Japan. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out. They also have a coffee machine that makes really nice hot chocolate haha. Only downside is that there are only two lifts, so sometimes need to wait a bit. Overall still a great stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

If your Japanese isn't great but you're looking for excellent, value-for-money hotel service, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful; once they realize you're a foreign guest, they'll communicate with you in fluent English to ensure quick and convenient service. I didn't opt for breakfast here (there are plenty of cafes and eateries right next door, as it's Shinsaibashi after all, plus the hotel itself offers afternoon tea), so I can't comment on that. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a classic, European style. Good news – it's right next to a subway station. However, depending on the specific exit you need or if you're carrying luggage, you might still have a bit of a walk to certain lines or the street level. Let's talk about the room itself. First off, there's air conditioning, which is a big plus as it ensures consistent temperature control, preventing any hot or cold spots. Secondly, there's no smart card system for electricity, so remember to turn off your appliances when you leave the room. What really deserves praise are the beds. While the facilities might feel a little dated, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, easily making up for any minor shortcomings in the details of the room. All in all, if you're tired from exploring Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a great option. And don't forget to check out the underground shopping arcade at the subway station – it's also worth a stroll!

Clean and good location. It's my first time in Osaka. Mostly I just walk to most of the tourist spots. There are multiple train stations within walking distance. Also, the best is that, the limousine bus from the airport does make a stop nearby this hotel. The room is spacious. Multiple convenience stores around. The 7 Eleven is just right next to the hotel. Awesome. Highly recommend.

Location was next to subway and it works till midnşght. There is 7 eleven under hotel. Also starbucks is on the other side. Room was comfy and quiet for sleeping. Aircondition was very good. Bathroom was good. Laundry at 4th floor and around 5 dolar. There are only 4-5 machines so you might have problem on the line . Also my wise and debit card payment didnt work and l couldnt wash. Prepare your coins(100 yen only) check in was smooth. If you find a good price, you can consider it.

Lovely hotel hotel in a prime position.The cleaning staff kept the rooms immaculate. The front counter in my opinion a little frosty I had a little problem they just were not interested in offering me any advice Beautiful resteraunt lovely food and realistically priced.A very nice stay thou.

Rooms in Japan are generally small, but this one was clean and had everything I needed. There's no daily housekeeping; you have to put used towels and trash bins outside your door for staff to collect. They'll then hang fresh towels on your doorknob. You can pick up toothbrushes and toothpaste at the front desk. They also have a scale there for weighing luggage, and a microwave in their office if you need help heating something up. Vending machines on the 2nd and 13th floors make it convenient to grab a drink.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Everything worked flawlessly, from the quiet air conditioning to the fast Wi-Fi.
