|1.81km from city centerI chose this hotel for my group of ten visiting Hanoi for three days. It had to meet these conditions: 1. Located in French Quarter, beloved for it's beautiful architecture; 2. Front a main street for vehicle access; and 3. Rooms on the ground floor or reached by elevator. 4. Reasonable room rates The hotel offered more: suite rooms, one with a balcony facing the street, washing machine and dryer in each room, proper bathrooms, pleasing decor, and excellent service. Opposite was a shop selling pho and bun. The owner was very friendly, the food excellent. He even offered me tra da free. A few doors away was a shop selling banh cuon, my favourite breakfast, again tasty food, and VND5,000 tra da to go with the meal. The owner herself, although hardly managing to speak English, was friendly and extremely helpful, while two if the staff spoke good English. I will definitely stay here again

|4.34km from city centerIt takes 40 mins from the airport. Building is just 20 meters walk from the street. There are some japanese food nearby. Coffee shop is just by the street. Noodles restaurant and market is also very near with Japanese minimart. The location is great but only negative is far from the tourist attractions. About 20-25 mins by car and 50 mins by public bus ( we needed to walk about 15 mins to the bus station. )
Room was ok, with cooking items and good refrigerator. We went during the weather was 10-14 celsius, but the room was very cold. We cannot stay in the room with 1 blanket so we requested to have 1 more blanket. We feel warmer when we were in the taxi. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom was a bit inconvenience.
Housekeeping was good and hotel admin was good too.
Btw the price was acceptable and we had a good stay.

The street is a Korean village, so there are many Korean restaurants, convenience stores and marts.
It was so comfortable on the first floor. The hostel was clean and the view was good.
The host tried his best to eliminate the inconvenience and was friendly
And it was possible without difficulty for local guests to visit
I will definitely come here again if I travel to Hanoi next time.
By the way, Starbucks is on the first floor, so you can walk in a minute.

There are dessert shops, and Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town are within walking distance, so I think the location is very good.
The bed was spacious and the sheets were clean. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 5th floor on the first night, but the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 4th floor from the second night onwards was quite weak. I felt it was a little difficult to open and close the locks in both rooms unless I was used to it. There was an air conditioner and a fan, and the refrigerator cooled well. The staff, both male and female, were very kind and helpful. If you ask for towels, they will change them every day. We also have toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again.

|1.47km from city centerRoom was clean and spacious, we stayed for four nights. Location is in the vicinity of many of the highlights of beautiful Hanoi. We were able to visit all these sites by foot. Plenty of places for decent food closeby as well. Although the hotel is very close to the trainstation (10 minute walk, we carried heavy backpacks) we could not hear any of the regular trainstation-noise in our room. Staff is very kind and helpful. For our room to be cleaned/get fresh towels we had to ask.

1. I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon, but the floor was still a little damp. Maybe they had just finished cleaning it when we arrived, and there was a light fragrance on the floor.
2. The living room is spacious, but the sofa shows signs of cracking and the seams are loose. The homeowner must reinforce it to prevent the threads from rotting when guests sit. The TV doesn't have Netflix, which I think is something the homeowners really have to add since many business clients like me need a space to watch movies to relax in the evening.
3. The balcony is equipped with tables and chairs and overlooks the city view. I often smoke in this place, but the chairs are wooden and not very comfortable.
4. The bedroom is a bit small and the bed is very soft. But I don't like the mattress here. It's a bit soft. Don't lie down for too long as it can easily hurt your back. There is a table in the bedroom and the room is large, which is more convenient.
5. The bathroom is clean and equipped with 2 large towels for use.
6. The host is friendly and funny.

|4.6km from city center3週間程滞在しました。場所は日本料理屋街のリンラン通りに歩いて数分の距離で非常に便利ですが、アパート自体は狭い通りに位置している為、車では入ってこれませんので、空港への送迎の車を頼む場合は注意が必要です。
部屋は60㎡程度あり広々としており、キッチン用品や洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、非常に快適です。
アパートに受付はいませんが、不動産担当者とは日本語にてLine連絡可能であり、即対応してもらえる為基本的には問題ありません。
掃除をしてくれる人も週5回来てくれる為常に清潔な環境で過ごせます。
残念な点はWifiの速度がしょっちゅう乱高下する事とリビングに窓がない為日中も電気をつけておかないと暗い事くらいです。
それら以外は非常に素晴らしいアパートだと思います。

I would agree with previous reviews about the spotlessness of the facilities and professionalism of the staff. Special thanks to Quan who helped us secure a cab on credit because we ran out of VND on the last day of our stay when no banks were open and every single ATM in the area was somehow “out of order”. He even ran over to the local convenience store to help my husband with the ATM (to no avail). Nam also helped us execute all our requests with incredible kindness. Lung added a personal touch by giving us insight on the tourism industry in Vietnam in general. One day at breakfast, the cook came to us and asked for feedback. This was after personally offering us cappuccinos and lattes from the kitchen. The buffet was fresh with a good selection of Asian and Western choices. All staff went out of their way to serve with a smile. When we sat in the lobby for hours waiting for our late night flight, Quan and Lung both offered us the continued use of their gym, pool, lounge, coffee station and even massage chairs. I would also agree with the comment about the lack of restaurants in the area that are well-equipped to serve tourists. We had some difficulty one night at a local restaurant that all the hotel staff mentioned was a “very good local restaurant”. I was very excited to mingle with the locals but quickly realized that I needed to curb my expectations. Without giving too much detail, I will only say that the area is still growing and adjusting to the needs of tourists. I have no doubt that the wonderful hospitality offered at Fraser will have a wide influence in the surrounding areas. I would suggest to management that Fraser Residence should develop partnerships with local restaurants so that visitors will feel more welcome eating in these existing establishments. Then providing visitors with a list of restaurant recommendations within walking distance would be very helpful. Food is a very important part of a vacation, and unfortunately, that was one point of challenge for us. Thank you to all the staff at Fraser for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Giving it five stars is because it met my expected needs. The room is about 25 square meters, and it will be noisy if the window faces the street or not. Because this price point is basically a living block behind the main street. Regardless of men, women, young or old, motorcycle skills in Vietnam are outstanding. The electric hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow but tolerable. The toilet is fine. Common toiletries are provided, it is recommended to use your own. Two bath towels are available.
The refrigerator and microwave oven in the room are very good, buy fruits and food and save them. Pay attention to bring a conversion plug, there are two holes here.
The service praises that the room is cleaned every day, and the sheets will not be changed without request. Wardrobe is useful.
Take the bus across the road for five kilometers to Hoan Kiem Lake. At the gate of the Vietnam Post Building by the lake is the No. 86 bus to Noi Bai International Airport. The earliest departure is at 05.10, and the price is 45,000 dong.
Generally speaking, the trip to Vietnam exceeded expectations. There are basically traffic lights when crossing the road. Foreigners can't stand the pile of motorcycles on the street, and Chinese people are used to similar electric vehicles. Law and order is definitely stronger than Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos.
For the sake of friendly cooperation between the two countries in the future, I still recommend everyone to come. I hope that the new Vietnamese government will not be as entangled as before with the previous unhappiness.
By the way, the mobile rice noodle stall at the entrance of the alley tastes good, 40,000.

They called taxi for me whenever I needed. No need to pay any deposit. They didn't clean the room every day or changed the towels but I guess it's because I didn't tell them. Location is not far from the old quarter but some buses don't come to that hotel for tours pick up while some do. Overall it was great experience and I enjoyed my stay at Jadore Apartments!
