Suzhou Resorts

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

Our stay here completely exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to shopping areas and attractions, making getting around super convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and the staff were warm and polite, proactively offering tips for local sightseeing. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean with no hidden corners, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. It was quiet at night, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. The service throughout our stay was thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. I've already recommended it to friends, and this will definitely be our top choice for future trips!

This cruise-themed hotel has an amazing ambiance! Its location by Jinji Lake is absolutely superb, offering stunning views of the lake and the Gate of the Orient right across. The lakeside promenade is just downstairs, making strolls and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The staff provides exceptional service and attention to detail, even offering complimentary children's bathrobes and toothbrushes in cute packaging. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The hotel's indoor and outdoor kids' clubs are a wonderland for children, with charming nautical-themed decor. The gym has a full range of equipment, and the heated pool is pristine. Breakfast at the St. Tropez Restaurant is fantastic, featuring a wide variety including authentic Suzhou-style Aozhao noodles, seafood, and desserts, all with a superb lakeside view. Plus, free parking with direct access to Suzhou Center is a huge bonus. This hotel is definitely the perfect choice for families traveling with kids!

I booked the Yunlan Inn after a long comparison on Ctrip for our family trip to Suzhou with my parents. Although it's a guesthouse, the environment is excellent. It's a beautifully decorated small courtyard that offers peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. The owner is very welcoming, always greeting us and chatting a bit whenever we met, which made us feel very warm. The room facilities are also good; the shower had great water pressure, the bathroom was free of any odd smells, and the bed was comfortable. The inn is incredibly close to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and the main building of the Suzhou Museum, all within a few hundred meters' walk. It was a very satisfying experience.

The apartment's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Vientiane Tiandi, and parking is very convenient. You can enter the parking lot from either the apartment building or the Marriott Hotel. This particular parking area is usually off-limits to Vientiane Tiandi visitors, so there aren't many cars. We stayed on the 23rd floor, so the high floor offered great views. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room unit. One bedroom has an 1.8-meter bed and a 1.5-meter bed, and the other bedroom has an 1.8-meter bed. It's very family-friendly, and all the staff are super nice, especially Xue at the front desk. She handled our check-in and check-out very quickly and provided a comprehensive introduction to the apartment and surrounding facilities. Very professional!

I apologize that I can't give a full five-star rating after much deliberation. Let's start with the downsides: the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are quite dated, and the smart toilet didn't seem to work very well despite multiple attempts. Now for the environment: the hotel is integrated with Ban Yuan, and the Suzhou-style garden features are perfectly executed. The mynah birds in Ban Yuan are adorable, and the garden hotel itself is quite unique. As for the positives, the service is excellent. Check-in and check-out at the lobby were very smooth, and the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. The two porters were incredibly kind and thoughtful; they warned us about scams and even drove us to our night tour. We received complimentary fruit, along with a peeler. We were worried about long queues for breakfast as there was a conference happening during our stay, but the hotel arranged things very well by separating it into two restaurants. The Suzhou-style noodles, wontons, and toppings for breakfast were all delicious, and there was even douhua – we ate until we were stuffed! The service is absolutely spot-on and impeccable, and there's free parking. The body lotion is very good, and the scent is pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Pingjiang Road. We also received complimentary tickets to Ou Garden. The room was very warm in winter, which is great for the air conditioning to achieve such a temperature, though it was a bit noisy. The room I booked was probably in the lowest price category, so that's understandable. The value for money is still decent.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and it exceeded our expectations. The moment we drove up to the hotel, we were impressed. We stayed in the Xixia Building this time, and it felt like there were so many rooms as we walked to ours. We booked a family triple room, and while it wasn't huge, it also didn't feel cramped. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic, with its own garden and both indoor and outdoor pools, which I imagine would be great in the summer. With the room key card, you can easily access the Panmen Scenic Area next door, and the scenery there is also quite beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Choosing Andu for our Suzhou trip was absolutely the right decision! The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to Shantang Street, close to the subway, and right across from Xueyuan Street with all its amazing food. It made exploring and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, the AFU toiletries felt high-quality, and the bedding was so soft, I slept like a baby. The soundproofing was excellent too, so no noise disturbed us. The front desk staff proactively offered local sightseeing tips and even helped with luggage storage. Their service was thoughtful and thorough, and the value for money is just fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This smart hotel I stayed at in Suzhou was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I could control everything just by speaking to Xiaodu (the smart assistant): ”Open the curtains” - and the beautiful Suzhou scenery appeared right before my eyes. ”Dim the lights” - instantly creating a cozy ambiance. ”Play some soft music” - and the room immediately felt more inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location was very convenient, not far from any of the attractions. The front desk staff were warm and attentive.

The room was fantastic, and the hotel building itself was a welcoming beacon, like a lamp at home. It's directly across from Suzhou Station, visible as soon as you exit. The room was spacious, the bed was very soft, and the subway station is just across the street from the train station. This makes it super convenient to get to all the attractions like Seven-Mile Shantang and Guanqian Street. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the restaurant was also quite large. For the price, it was an unbelievably pleasant surprise. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I won't even consider staying anywhere else.
