We stayed at the Park Hyatt Suzhou at the beginning of 2026 for the New Year. The hotel's interior design is very elegant, with beautiful sights everywhere you look. Our garden view room overlooked a koi pond, and watching the fish swim around was quite enjoyable. The bed in the room was spacious and comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent. My family particularly enjoyed the à la carte old duck vermicelli soup, and the shrimp dumplings and pan-fried buns were also very good.

This stay at Hotel Nikko Suzhou High-tech Zone was great. The night view of Shishan Hill across the way is lovely. The unique roof of the Shishan Grand Theatre sparkles at night 😃, facing the Suzhou Museum West and Suzhou Science & Technology Museum. Downstairs, you'll find Yuxingji, a renowned spot for authentic Suzhou-style noodles, next to Jin Ying, and a bit further is Shishan Tianjie. I snagged a fantastic deal during a big promotion, and my kid said we definitely have to come back again 😜. We stayed two nights and visited Tianping Mountain, Mudu Ancient Town, and Hanshan Temple, all just a short taxi ride away.

The room was fantastic, and the hotel building itself was a welcoming beacon, like a lamp at home. It's directly across from Suzhou Station, visible as soon as you exit. The room was spacious, the bed was very soft, and the subway station is just across the street from the train station. This makes it super convenient to get to all the attractions like Seven-Mile Shantang and Guanqian Street. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the restaurant was also quite large. For the price, it was an unbelievably pleasant surprise. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I won't even consider staying anywhere else.

I am definitely a frequent traveler/stayer/eater, and I have experienced many high-end hotels/boutique B&Bs/boutique restaurants. But this time I want to say: This boutique B&B (inn) is worth my recommendation. 1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good. 2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn. 3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli. 4. Warm and warm service and feeling. . . . Of course, other routine services are also very good, so I won’t say more. In short, recommended!

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the ******* guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

It was my first time to visit Qidu. The first thing I had to do was choose a hotel. So I saw a hot spring hotel on Ctrip, named Suzhou 0572 Taihu Hot Spring Hotel. I booked it for three days in a row. On the first day I checked in, it was raining. The front desk staff would Help us lead the way and carry our luggage, go straight to the guest room on the sixth floor and open the guest room door. Facing Taihu Lake, a large lake with a circumference of more than 300 kilometers, we are immediately relaxed and happy, and the air is fresh and natural. In the afternoon, you can also enjoy Chinese afternoon tea in the Western restaurant. Because it is raining and it is inconvenient to go out, dinner can be eaten in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which is very convenient. The next day, you can go for a walk on the edge of Taihu Lake without driving. Take a walk in Qidu Taihu Wetland Park, where you can admire the Qidu Twin Towers. Walk across the road and walk from Wangshan Road to Wanghu Road. , all are commercial streets, and there is also a farmers market, which is the deepest experience of a city. On the third day, we visited Wu'an Old Street, which is an old street that has been carefully built with heavy investment. You can taste Wu's fish market restaurant delicacies on the old street, cross the Zhuang Bridge, view Sun's Residence Courtyard, and see Wu's Gate. See the wisdom of the people of Huzhou. Let’s go to the Lugang Scenic Area and visit the Shangyi Bridge in the ancient village of Yigao. On the way back to the hotel, we pass by the Yidu Village and see Guangfu Bridge, the junction of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. We soak in a hot spring in the hotel and watch the open air in the room at night. Movie. 0572 The employees of Taihu Hot Spring Hotel leave an impression on people. They work very hard and provide warm and thoughtful services to guests.

The location is decent, right by the Wannian Bridge over the city moat, making for a pleasant riverside stroll. Just a short walk down Xue Shi Street, you'll find plenty of popular internet-famous eateries. The hotel has a new Chinese-style decor, and the hardware is acceptable, though the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The twin room size is okay; it would be even better with a larger sofa. Overall, a moderate recommendation.

The hotel was located at the lake with an amazing view. The rooms was really nice and super clean and the mattress was really comfortable to sleep very well. The facility of the hotel was nice and very stylish, all in white and modern. The hotel was really lovely. The only thing that is really not good organised, there is no food except breakfast and afternoon tea (in that case fruits). We needed to order from a delivery service (only Chinese food available and it's was not really good). A hotel located at that wonderful place with that high price should have basic foods at the restaurant.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This hot springs resort on the far side of Suzhou from Shanghai depicts itself honestly in the photos...and they were very kid friendly. My children had a great time in the various pools and the restaurant/lobby staff were very accommodating. I have already recommended this place to two friends with small children. The hot springs aren't open until the afternoon though, so you won't get a dip in the morning before you check out. I'd recommend getting to the hotel close to check-in time or a little before to maximize time enjoying the pools. The breakfast was big, but mostly Chinese dishes. The area around the hotel has an eco village but it is mostly vendors and roads with cars and bikes flying past...a safety concern when traveling with kids. We didn't get a great feeling of nature here, although we did find one pathway up the nearby mountain which was fun.

At the end of 2025, I was looking for a resort hotel around the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area and chose the Suzhou Bay Eastern Taihu Hotel, which has a great reputation. The hotel is divided into three areas: the Lakeside Building (Jīnshuǐ Lóu), the Lakeview Building (Wànghú Lóu), and the VIP Building (Guìbīn Lóu). The villa area is part of the Lakeside Building. Breakfast is served on the first floor of the Lakeside Building's lobby. The Zhen Hot Springs and indoor heated swimming pool are on the basement level of the Lakeview Building. The hot springs are open from 2 PM to 10 PM, as the front desk will remind you upon check-in. I must specifically mention how beautiful it is to soak in the outdoor pools, nestled among the lush greenery, when the sun sets and reflects off the lake on a clear day. It truly lifts your spirits and provides complete relaxation. The hotel's environment and landscaping are top-notch, covering a vast area. It's adjacent to Bay No. 0 and Suzhou Bay Sports Park, with clean roads throughout the property, making it especially suitable for guests who enjoy running or walking. There's even a dedicated running track by the lake. The hotel area and the open-access Suzhou Bay Sports Park can be accessed with a room card. True to its five-star rating, the hotel boasts excellent facilities and hardware. The villa area we stayed in was built in 2021. Each villa typically has 6 rooms, suitable for single guests or several families/friends staying together. The rooms have good soundproofing. Entry to the lobby requires a room card for access. There are free parking spaces all around, making it safe and convenient. The room facilities are well-maintained. For card players, there are also paid mahjong/card rooms available. There's also a 24-hour unstaffed convenience store, and you can, of course, order takeout. Within a few kilometers of the hotel, there are two major commercial complexes: Sands Outlet and Wuyue Plaza. The hotel's front desk and bellhop service are excellent, well-trained, and highly efficient. During our stay, a dedicated butler was assigned to us. Any requests or questions could be communicated online with the service butler at any time, and responses were prompt, earning consistent praise in many guest reviews. Free electric shuttle carts are available to different areas of the hotel upon request. The only slight drawback was the buffet breakfast, which felt average and has room for improvement.

The hotel environment is very good, the negative oxygen content is extremely high, and the most satisfying place is that you can travel with your dog. It is a good niche travel destination and is recommended! It’s a pity that you can’t go to the surrounding wetland park with your dog. If you are allowed to travel for two days, it will be more perfect! The B&B is on Xishan Island in Suzhou. Driving all the way here, the scenery is beautiful. The location of the hotel is also a good view. The room and balcony are large, and the entire Taihu Lake is outside the window. The water used in the B&B is Puna, which is a good review! There are not many rooms in the B&B, and you need to book in advance. Because we are not traveling on holidays, there are not many people staying. Although it is a B&B, it has its own kitchen and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea is open to receive guests outside the hotel. The restaurant view of the afternoon tea is very popular and it is difficult to have it without reservation. There are still quite a lot of men, women, young and old who come to have afternoon tea. It is recommended to book in advance! The desserts and drinks for afternoon tea tasted unexpectedly good. For dinner, we ordered the meal before the kitchen got off work. It was basically a private room. There was only one table of guests dining. The level of dinner was also very high, which was completely beyond my expectations! If you want to have a good view, good accommodation and take pictures, you can choose here blindly! Parking spaces are only for guests staying, so don’t worry about parking spaces. The gate will be closed after 9.10 pm until 11 o’clock the next day. No reception, only inside. If you want to go out during this period, you can contact the housekeeper. The overall experience is very good. It is not a five-star hotel, but it gave me a lot of surprises. I have recommended it to my friends.

What we liked: Spacious and nice room design. Separate bath and toilet. Toilet has automatic flush, seat cover is also provided. Lots of snacks and amenities provided. There are amenities at the front desk such as disposable bath cover, disposable floss, mask etc you can collect from front desk. You can also ask for warm bottled water. Responsive staff, can communicate your needs via WeChat, very convenient. There are 3 lifts, very convenient. Snacks and drinks are free. Bath robes, room and bath slippers are provided too. Awesome that we stayed on the same floor as the lobby, very convenient. Location is near metro, malls, shops, and attractions, very convenient. I like that there are bath robes and different types of towels provided. What we think can be improved: We thought the big bath was indoors and wouldn’t be so cold in the winter but it has two open windows and it gets quite cold when the wind blows. It takes about 1.5h to fill up about 60-70% of the tub and you need to tap every 30 minutes or so to keep the water flowing. Quite time consuming to get it ready for a bath. Housekeeping is inconsistent, the cleaner left a towel on the floor on one of the days, left a cup unwashed, took away our straws and left the sink cover by the sink instead. They have a centralised heating system so it can get quite hot but the staff offered us a fan and we opened the balcony door for wind to enter so it was comfortable to sleep at night. There was some drilling going on in the early morning around 9-10am, it was just opposite our room so it disrupted my sleep, would be better for them to schedule it during non-sleeping hours. When we were checking out, the staff at the counter shared about them getting audited and if we don’t give a five star review, they will get a fine, I had never heard of it from other hotels and found it quite strange. She was insistent on us doing it on the spot even though we have to catch a train, that was not pleasant. We just went ahead to rush for our train. Not much to watch on the TV unfortunately.

Twin Hills - The name was once strange to me, because an unintentional search made me decide to go to the island. The noise of the city made us tired of the workers gradually, taking advantage of the National Day, to be an islander. For accommodation, I also have my own considerations, I hope to be quiet and avoid the world, this time the choice is really correct, the newly opened hotel Xinbowan Resort Hotel just meets my needs, Japanese style. Drink a cup of fragrant tea, see the natural scenery, blow the river breeze, listen to the insects. Eleven stay, breakfast is buffet form, simple and clean. The latte is very beautiful and makes the morning more comfortable. Children can also swim in the water on this high temperature day. The comfort of the workers is figurative. Shuangshan Island is a natural place for scorpions, and the number of scorpions is countless. You can mourn with your children and family and experience wild fun. Not far from the hotel, there are barbecue campsites and golf campsites. It’s too comfortable to borrow an electric car to ride around the island. During the National Day, we did not drive to the island. After we got to the island, the boss personally picked us up and introduced us to the hotel. I was still not satisfied all night, and I will bring my parents to experience it next time. Last tip: A rope or shelf that can be used to pick up a swimsuit.

First off, I have to commend the cleaning staff; the room was incredibly clean, which made even someone with my germaphobia very satisfied. The hotel's soundproofing is also excellent – you can't hear a thing at night (aside from the unavoidable sound of other rooms closing their doors). I slept really well every night. Since it was my birthday, the hotel even gave me a Basque cheesecake. The executive lounge is available for purchase at 300 per day (for two people), and if you're not too picky about food, you can have all three meals there. Now, for a few things that I didn't like. On the day of check-in, I was waiting in line at the front desk with my room key to change the executive lounge usage time. A staff member was handing out water. The first time, everyone but me received water, including the person behind me. I thought maybe they just didn't see me. After I finished changing the time, as I turned to leave, someone else was handing out water again, and they walked right past me without offering any. I was ignored again. I'm not sure if I didn't look like a guest or if the water is only for Hilton Diamond members? Also, one of the young women at the front desk had a really sour expression! All the other young women were smiling and friendly. The gym equipment is relatively comprehensive, and breakfast was average.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

A truly excellent hotel that made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy. Head out the north gate and you're right on Shiquan Street, which has tons of great local food and is fun to explore. The east gate leads directly to the Master of the Nets Garden, and it's not too far from several subway stations, making getting around a breeze. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, even if I couldn't eat too much, there were plenty of choices. Since my return high-speed train was later in the day, I asked a really helpful young man at the front desk for a late checkout, and he sorted it out for me efficiently. A fantastic experience overall, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou.

Room was in poor condition, the rug was spilled and dirty, bedsheets had stains. The bathroom has no ventilation to let the floor dry. The bathtub was black from scratches and stains. In 4 star hotels in other cities there are better kept rooms for half the price. Staff only speaks Chinese.

I negotiated with the front desk to switch to a room with a view of the street, the Ferris wheel, Jinji Lake, and the Gate of the Orient (Suzhou's Century Gate), and I'm very satisfied. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Both the front desk and the bar staff provided excellent service. On Saturday evening, there was even a live singer performing at the bar when ordering. The hotel's location is great, making it very convenient to get to other parts of Suzhou by subway or bus. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Moonlight Wharf Square.

## Task Your main task is to accurately and idiomatically translate a user review into the target language. ## Translation Requirements 1. **Target Language**: Determined by the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code: `en`. 2. **Idiomatic Expression**: Use vocabulary and sentence structures that target language users would naturally use when reviewing hotels, attractions, or services, avoiding stiff, unnatural literal translations. The translation should read as if written by a native speaker. 3. **Domain Terminology**: Accurately translate common travel and accommodation terms, such as ”check-in/check-out,” ”value for money,” ”front desk,” etc. 4. **Maintain Conciseness**: Make the translation fluent and easy to read without losing the original meaning. ## Review to be Translated ”Business travelers, close your eyes and pick this one; there are no major flaws. It's especially suitable for someone like me, who gets 'tortured' by clients all day and just wants a comfortable place to 'recharge' at night. Why do I say it's 'down-to-earth' and 'good'? 1. **Location is a 'hard currency'**: * For those active in the industrial park, this location is absolutely perfect. Turn right out the door to get onto the elevated highway to the city center, turn left to Suzhou Center, and the Gate of the Orient area – nothing is far. Most importantly, it's right next to a subway station! It's a two or three-minute walk, so you won't even get your shoes wet on a rainy day. I took a stroll around Guanqian Street in the old city; the subway goes straight there, so I didn't have to worry about parking at all. For business travelers, this is a top priority for increasing productivity. 2. **Room: Sleep well, fast internet – that's all I need!** * The room isn't particularly trendy, but it's well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I value two things most: the bed and the internet. Their mattress is just the right firmness, and you can choose between a high and low pillow. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in unfamiliar beds, but I actually fell asleep instantly and slept soundly until morning. I woke up refreshed and ready for my meetings the next day. * A big thumbs up for the internet! Video conferences, uploading large files – it was super stable and never once failed. The desk is large enough, and power outlets are right at hand. This is truly designed for business professionals. 3. **Breakfast: A five-star with Jianbing Guozi (Chinese crepe)? It understands my Chinese palate!** * I absolutely have to praise their breakfast separately. They have all the usual Western pastries, bread, and salads, and the quality is on point. But what surprised me most was that they have freshly made Suzhou-style soup noodles and mini wontons! The chef cooks your noodles, and you can add toppings yourself. There's also a Jianbing Guozi station. A set of that in the morning, with a bowl of millet porridge, instantly wakes you up and feels so much better than gnawing on cold bread. This is very 'down-to-earth' and much better than many hotels that pretend to be Western. 4. **Service: Unpretentious, very practical** * The front desk check-in was efficient. They recognized me as a corporate client, greeted me proactively, and even arranged a quiet room on a high floor. When I called at night for a charging cable, it was delivered in five minutes, and the staff member's attitude was excellent. There wasn't that cold, 'standard smile,' but I could feel they genuinely wanted to help solve problems. **Some 'frank truths' and areas for improvement:** * **Surrounding environment**: The hotel itself is quite grand, but downstairs isn't a bustling commercial street. If you want a late-night snack, you'll have to walk a bit or order delivery. However, for business travelers seeking peace and quiet, this is actually a plus. * **Gym/Pool**: I took a look, and the facilities are complete, and there weren't many people. But for someone like me, who's exhausted from meetings all day, I simply didn't have the energy to experience it. Friends with a fitness routine can rest assured. * **Decoration style**: It's a classic five-star style, not the trendy 'designer hotel' or 'influencer style' that's popular now. Those who like novelty might find it a bit old-fashioned, but personally, I think this dignified style is more suitable for business. If you're coming to Suzhou for business, especially in the industrial park, choosing Hyatt Regency will most likely not disappoint. It's like a reliable business partner – it doesn't give you anything flashy, but it handles all your core needs (sleeping well, convenient work, a satisfying breakfast) perfectly.”

I apologize that I can't give a full five-star rating after much deliberation. Let's start with the downsides: the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are quite dated, and the smart toilet didn't seem to work very well despite multiple attempts. Now for the environment: the hotel is integrated with Ban Yuan, and the Suzhou-style garden features are perfectly executed. The mynah birds in Ban Yuan are adorable, and the garden hotel itself is quite unique. As for the positives, the service is excellent. Check-in and check-out at the lobby were very smooth, and the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. The two porters were incredibly kind and thoughtful; they warned us about scams and even drove us to our night tour. We received complimentary fruit, along with a peeler. We were worried about long queues for breakfast as there was a conference happening during our stay, but the hotel arranged things very well by separating it into two restaurants. The Suzhou-style noodles, wontons, and toppings for breakfast were all delicious, and there was even douhua – we ate until we were stuffed! The service is absolutely spot-on and impeccable, and there's free parking. The body lotion is very good, and the scent is pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Pingjiang Road. We also received complimentary tickets to Ou Garden. The room was very warm in winter, which is great for the air conditioning to achieve such a temperature, though it was a bit noisy. The room I booked was probably in the lowest price category, so that's understandable. The value for money is still decent.

The hotel is in a great location, covers a large area, and the water quality of Yangcheng Lake is also good. It is a good place for family travel and vacation. I plan to bring my parents back next time. The hotel service is also very good. Xiao Sun communicated with us about specific needs in advance. He knew that someone had a birthday and carefully decorated the room. After checking in, he also provided considerate follow-up services. The children rode bicycles and experienced Hanfu clothing. The clean and refreshing parent-child park also had a lot of fun. Of course, the buffet breakfast was also very rich. It will definitely look better when the outdoor swimming pool opens in summer

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

I booked the Yunlan Inn after a long comparison on Ctrip for our family trip to Suzhou with my parents. Although it's a guesthouse, the environment is excellent. It's a beautifully decorated small courtyard that offers peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. The owner is very welcoming, always greeting us and chatting a bit whenever we met, which made us feel very warm. The room facilities are also good; the shower had great water pressure, the bathroom was free of any odd smells, and the bed was comfortable. The inn is incredibly close to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and the main building of the Suzhou Museum, all within a few hundred meters' walk. The apartment's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Vientiane Tiandi, and parking is very convenient. You can enter the parking lot from either the apartment building or the Marriott Hotel. This particular parking area is usually off-limits to Vientiane Tiandi visitors, so there aren't many cars. We stayed on the 23rd floor, so the high floor offered great views. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room unit. One bedroom has an 1.8-meter bed and a 1.5-meter bed, and the other bedroom has an 1.8-meter bed. It's very family-friendly, and all the staff are super nice, especially Xue at the front desk. She handled our check-in and check-out very quickly and provided a comprehensive introduction to the apartment and surrounding facilities. Very professional!
