A great hotel, the place I would come back on my next holiday and the place I would highly recommend! Excellent service, delicious food, child friendly, kids club is very very nice with diverse and interesting activities and with very carrying nannies. Great staff, always responsive to guests' needs. Amazing nature surrounded by mountains, quite and relaxing area. Great SPA, GYM, beach!!!! This hotel is perfect for families and those who prefer to relax in a peaceful way.

We visited NG Phaselis bay for the first time, but you cant compare this with any other hotel, what we visited before. Food 5*, drinks 5*, rooms*, staff 5*. You can even get sunglass cleaning at the pool :) also they have fast track and cip lounge at the air port, what is also very nice, zero stress when leaving home. In total - I was amazed and max relaxed after a week. My recomendations ;)

Had a fantastic time, a true 5 star resort, every aspect is exceptional. Amazing facilities, excellent food, brilliant entertainment and the staff are first class. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had the best service we have ever had.

Fabulous for families! I was really worried about our first holiday with a 2 year old and 8 month old but this hotel is so family oriented whilst still maintaining a luxurious feel for adults. High chairs available in all the restaurants along with a children’s buffet section with jars of baby food, plain boiled vegetables- perfect for weaning. Hotel room was really spacious, an enormous bed plus a single bed, 2 travel cots, sofa and a double pushchair and the room never felt small! Baby bath provided with children’s toiletries and rubber duck sponges which was a really nice touch. Food at the hotel was excellent. The main buffet restaurant had an enormous selection of choices, though slightly repetitive for vegetarians particularly if you’re there for 10 nights! We didn’t visit any of the a la carte restaurants such as the steakhouse, Italian, seafood as they carried a €50pp surcharge which we felt was quite expensive, would have been nice to have the option of 1 or 2 included with a weeks stay as is often the case elsewhere. Only slight negative we experienced during our stay was the lack of available sun beds around the pool. Quite a few mornings we came straight out from breakfast and all beds had been reserved, we resorted to doing the same before going into breakfast after a few days of the same issue (If you can’t beat them, join them! 😂) This was only an issue on a morning though and was only limited to the pool area. When you could get round the pool it’s amazing having waiters bring your drinks/snacks on roller skates! Shout out to Orion for being very friendly and providing great service. Evening entertainment was really good, we had some great circus/extreme stunt shows while we were there which were a nice change to just singing/dancing. Hotel arranged free fastrack through the airport for our return journey along with lounge entry which made our airport experience much easier, particularly with small children late at night so thanks for that! Overall a really nice experience, very family friendly and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

A beautiful place, mountains and sea in one place. The hotel is clean and equipped with everything you need for relaxation. Service focused on customer satisfaction. Interesting animation offer. Heated outdoor swimming pool. For me 10/10.

5 star review coming in. I don’t know where to start here. From the moment we arrived we knew we chose the perfect resort for our holiday. The staff go above and beyond to help and make your time here extra special. The heated pool is amazing. It’s been at just under 30 degrees all this week. We like to jump in there first. Then the smaller pool which is always empty as everyone is in the heated pool. Then go for a dip in the sea. The resort is not over crowded at present which is great. We can get sunbeds no problem at 10am and even later as people move around and don’t hog their beds all day. The food is perfect and plenty to choose from. The pay restaurant is actually cheaper than they tell you. So €50 adult and half price for children under 12. Also the spa treatments are all 30% off. The views are stunning. Watersports I would say if you are going to do a few ask for a discount and do not pay their apparent discount of €80 for a video. Also ask for a package price. We did not buy any videos the first day so then their prices dropped. Amazing staff. I am sorry I did not manage to keep all their names. But Kabeer and Emre are so kind and helpful. Especially with my 1000 questions via the what’s app chat. Nadir. Especially around the pool. We ring for a drink. He comes immediately. Always get your order correct. Remembers you and nice to chat and see a happy face. It is clear he loves his role at NG. Rooms are so comfortable. The person who cleaned our room daily is very thorough. Mard Arife cared for our room. Thank you so much Mard. The patisserie is so good as is the Burger bar. The cocktails are very tasty. And on the evening in the lobby bar I have enjoyed a few fancy shows for cocktails being made. The kind of show you would pay £15 a drink for in the UK. My children age 11 and 13 have had a great time here. It’s everything they would have wished for and more. One thing that made us sad which is not fault of hotel is the sea down at secret bay. it is full of human disrespect for our home with plastic and all sorts floating around. It’s nice to got climb some rocks and bring some pretty pebbles home but for me I prefer the main beach in front of the pool as it is nice and clean. My son is going to miss his eggs Benedict x 2 every morning for breakfast. And I highly rate the grilled sea bass and grilled salmon for dinner. Do not be afraid to order more than 1 main fish. They are small so we tended to order 2 at a time lol I usually get bit by mosquitoes but not one bite this holiday. I have used green people after with insect repellent and also Avon skin so soft. However they do place insect repellent around the greenery so I think this really helped keep the mosquitoes away. We were in block B. 5th floor which provided the beautiful sea view. I would suggest bringing your own sea shoes and lie lows etc. swim shoes approx £25 here and basic inflatable lie low £28. A doughnut ring £54 ! I guess when
