Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

A very, very, very beautiful hotel, close to the West Lake. Although you can't see the West Lake directly, it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. It has a feeling of seclusion in the urban area, which is definitely the feeling in the early Republic of China. I have seen other people’s comments saying that the hotel will upgrade the rooms, it’s true😂! The villa has three floors, with a living and dining room on the ground floor, a guest toilet, and a TV in the living room. The middle floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a tub. The hotel provides disposable supplies. On the upper half floor is the master bedroom. Before reaching the master bedroom, there is a powder room, wardrobe and bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV and a small independent balcony. The upper half floor is also a balcony, a large balcony that can communicate with the house next door. The hotel provides breakfast in a semi-buffet style, which is a bit too rich for me😂😂.

Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

She support with 100% enthusiastic, and some suggestions about restaurants with good food. One more thing, we were surprised to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff but they thought we forgot the money and Joyce found us to return it. It so cute.

Serve: The hotel staff are very polite and have a good attitude. They even upgraded our room type when we checked in. From the far edge of the 13th floor, we can see the observation deck on the 10th floor and part of the West Lake. Hotel features: The observation deck on the 10th floor is very unique, but the foggy weather during those two days affected the impression. Otherwise, it would have been very pleasant to sit there, look at the West Lake, and have a drink. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is quite grand. There is a very interesting study room. There were activities during the two days we were there. The children painted fans and liked it very much. Room facilities: Well, when I looked at the photos posted by guests in the reviews, I felt that the facilities in the room were rather old, but in fact they were okay. It might have something to do with the color of the furniture. The room is very clean, the bed is big, and the stay experience is good. The overall stay experience was very good. I originally wanted to extend my stay for one night, but it was fully booked during the New Year. I will come back next time.

Very good hotel. We chose a lake-view room but a bit smaller than a deluxe unit. Generally, the hotel is well-renovated, clealiness and housekeeping is good. Included breakfast spread is very good with western, japanese food and wide variety of chinese food. The hotel service is very good with front counter staff eager to serve. Location is very near to in77 Shopping and subway station(5mins walk) When we checkout at 6:15am, they had even packed breakfast for us which is very thoughful. Improvement: * Breakfast timings from 6:30-9:30am is a bit short. Ideally could have extended till 10:30am will be best. * One of the waitress could improve on her attitude instead of telling guests off and ignoring requests for fork and knife(they kept it in a drawer). The rest of waiter/waitresses are all good. * The moveable window could improve with better sound proof material * The room came with strong cigarette smell, we didn't change another room as we took an overnight flight to reach HZ.
