All staff from front-desk to housekeeping are genuinely nice and immensely helpful, especially Merry from front-desk helped us a lot during our stay and made us could enjoy our trip more comfortably.

The hotel is nice. The guest rooms are located above the 38th floor, with a bird's eye view of the whole city. The room facilities are relatively new. The breakfast variety is a little limited, and the cleaning may be delayed because the room was fully booked on 5.1. The transportation and dining are very convenient around the hotel. There is a Wenlou diagonally opposite, which saves the trouble of queuing in the ancient town Wenlou.

The hotel reception is on the 38th floor. There is a young man and a young lady guiding on the 1st floor. The young lady said that she used to work at the front desk and her service was very good.
