I rented a hotel and proposed marriage with my girlfriend, and asked ctrip customer service for help. The customer service was very enthusiastic to help arrange. The hotel’s customer public relations team was also very active in helping to arrange the marriage proposal. During the epidemic, this arrangement was still satisfactory. The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. Our group stayed here briefly between flight in and early flight out for the coast. There were two staff checking in however they got us in within a decent amount of time.The concierge helped us arrange for a transfer to the airport early the next morning. We just stayed in and had drinks and dinner at the rooftop restaurant /bar. The server had limited English but he was delightful nonetheless. The restaurant had a wonderful view and had air conditioning. We were all so hungry we almost all had a hamburger, but we all agreed it was good. The wines were well priced and the pour was a healthy amount. We didn't stay here long enough to get a real feel for the place but the service was good. We all got an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms were lovely. If in Istanbul, this is a hotel I would recommend.

I stayed at the point hotel for 4 nights. Checked in late and had a room service. Food was nice and arrived quickly. Breakfast choices are plenty of hot and cold food options. The furniture in the restaurant is tired but it does the job. Nice and clean shower. Big desk and extra comfy seats in the room. TV wouldn’t switch on but I wasn’t in the room most of them. The Metro station is not far from the hotel to go to the old city. Overall it is a decent hotel at a decent price.

It was a special stay in this hotel. All the staff thought us very well, always friendly and attentive. Emre kement(receptionist), helped me with the translation with the pharmacist. very cordial. Eren Tone (Bellboy), always smiling and friendly with the group Erhan Koca (waiter), despite his language skills, always knew how to give the best service Mustafa Donmez(Exe.Chef), very attentive to please the customer. breakfast is always fantastic. We decided to stay at The Stay in Bosphorus for 2 days prior to us heading to Capadocia. I can't thank them enough for getting us a room when we first got there. Our flight came in at 5am so we got to the hotel after a 11 hour flight from Miami and were exhausted. They ended up putting us in a room that was not in the main building but right next to it across the street in a smaller area. So if you are coming from the USA this is not a western hotel but more of a European hotel. If you haven't travel much there is a difference and your expectation need to be aligned. It was on the second floor, FYI no elevators which is common but this didn;t bother us. The room was very nice but very small. again, European style hotel. The decor was very nice, Fantastic Beds and Pillows. Slept like a baby all morning trying to recouped from our travels. After our nap we wanted to take a look around. Again, This location is amazing. The Mosque is with in 100 ft away, not that this is my thing but it does give a nice environment to the experience. The water is less then 50 ft away with piles and piles of shops to do either shopping, snacking, drinking and eating. After walking around we took another cat nap and woke up around 4 and felt we needed to do something. I ask the hotel for his suggestion and he suggested doing a Private sunset boat cruise. This was an hour and a half cruise that took you thru out the local area. The price was extremely fair, actually very inexpensive to USA standards. They set up a water taxi, had a staff member grab us a couple of beers, and off we went. When I say was way above our expectation it was AMAZING!!!! We had a 50 ft yacht all to ourselves. It was just what the doctor ordered after a long trip. They also set up a wonderful restaurant for us to eat at after our Cruise. They went over and beyond expectation. Now, I will give a heads up, this hotel is in a wonderful location but the downside of this is your next to all the clubs. If hearing music late at night is going to bother you, this might not be the place for you. I wouldn't go to the extent of saying its LOUD but you can hear the base. This doesn't bother my wife or myself so this wasn't an issue but you will hear it if you stay at this location. Its unavoidable. Last praise for The Stay was the last night they were able to get us wonderful seats at this sushi restaurant on the Third floor next door. If your going here you have to eat here. Views were amazing and the food was Fantastic. Mufasa took wonderful care of us and it was a fantastic last night dinner in Bosphorus. Thank you to all the staff at THE STAY. We had a wonderful time so Thank you. Rick

Had a fantastic stay, they upgraded us to the junior suite which was incredibly kind. The staff are amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Many reviews complain about the noise, and indeed it is on a busy road but the windows in the bedrooms have very thick glass so you can barely hear any of the outdoor noise. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back!
