"Coming from Kansai Airport, it was about a ten-minute walk to the hotel from where the limousine bus dropped us off. It's really convenient for the subway and Shinkansen, with stations just across the street from the hotel. They don't provide bottled water to be eco-friendly, so you have to get water from the dispenser in the hallway."

"It is a very nice hotel with attentive staff! The hotel is about a 7 minutes walk from Kyoto station. It’s a very convenient place to stay if you’re catching an early train or arriving from a late one. I don’t know if I’d recommend it for a longer stay since the area is quite boring. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops within the station but they’re very crowded and more expensive. It’s also quite far away from the main sights of Kyoto, so for a longer stay I’d recommend staying downtown. The included room amenities are good but nothing special. There’s shaving kits, towels, haircare, skincare, tea, water, and yukata robes (the robes are not souvenirs). There’s a pool, a spa area, and a restaurant, which all have an additional fee. My room was clean, but I found some scuff marks on the walls and a crack in my bathtub. From Kyoto station you can see Kyoto tower but it’s not an amazing sight hahaha. It takes about 25 minutes to downtown Kyoto from the hote"

"The hotel is located right inside the train station, making it extremely convenient. Despite its central location, it was quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a UNIQLO right downstairs, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The price was also very reasonable for the location and convenience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"We chose this hotel mainly because of its great location near Kyoto Station, as well as several nearby bus stops, and it turned out to be a very practical choice for our stay. The room was overall good. It wasn’t necessarily a huge favorite of ours during the trip, but it was functional and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely and always very kind. A special mention as well for the housekeeping staff, everything was consistently very clean during our stay. The hotel also has an eco friendly approach, so they avoid unnecessary daily cleaning. Towels and essentials were still replaced regularly, and complimentary bottles of water were provided every day. A big plus was the laundry area on the ground floor, which was really convenient during our trip. The area was generally calm and we slept well overall. You can still hear some cars and outside noise at times, so the sound insulation may not be perfect, but honestly it was nothing shocking and it didn’t affect our stay in any negative way. As for the downsides, the TV was extremely small and unfortunately it wasn’t possible to connect to Netflix or streaming apps. The room and bathroom were also on the smaller side. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very comfortable and convenient for visiting Kyoto."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Kyoto Station (depending on your luggage size and amount). It's incredibly convenient for exploring various attractions from Kyoto Station, which also offers a wide array of shopping and dining options. The hotel's service and cleanliness are outstanding. You can pick up disposable amenities yourself from the right-hand corner of the lobby, facing the front desk. Both the hot spring bath and the laundry/drying room are located on the 10th floor."

"We had a pleasant stay here. Only thing I would fault is there is no housekeeping offered unless you are staying for a longer stay than 3 days as your room is only cleaned on day 4 and day 7. We only stayed three nights therefore did not avail of this service. Meaning we had used towels lying around and our bin was not emptied during our stay. They do offer a laundry service and have a facility for hot water and microwave which we did not use. There is also a smoking room in the hotel for those who smoke. Also to note check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Which we found a little inconvenient for our plans. Location is okay, it is easily accessible by public transport."

"The hotel environment is quite good, and transportation is very convenient, with easy access to all directions. The staff are friendly, and the hygiene is also good; it's clean with appropriate lighting. The air conditioning is sufficiently cold. The transportation is relatively convenient, being a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The level of safety is also quite satisfactory. The surrounding environment isn't messy, and the door's deadbolt device is quite practical. There were no instances of unsolicited promotional cards being slipped under the door."

"This hotel is really close to Kyoto Station, which makes getting around super convenient. Just a heads-up, there's another hotel with a similar name a bit further away, and I actually navigated to that one first when checking in. So definitely double-check the address! One night, I heard some strange noises in the hallway. I went down to the front desk, and the staff member came right up to the second floor with me to check it out. We couldn't pinpoint the source right away, but by the time I finished my shower, the noise was gone. The staff member was really responsible and helpful in resolving my concern."

"The hotel's service, facilities, and environment are all excellent, truly commendable! I'm sure I'll book this hotel again next time I visit Kyoto. It offers great value for money, and they even provide daily complimentary drinks, though we didn't get a chance to have any. What surprised us was that the hotel staff gave us something at check-out."

"I chose this hotel because it is not far from the railway station. And by this criteria I was disappointed. I had a backpack, and it took around 30 minutes to get to the hotel on foot (without backpack and on the second time, it was 10-15 minutes). The hotel is cheap, and I think you get what you paid for. The room has all the necessary things, and while there is a WiFi, the smartphone almost immediately disconnected from it, probably because there are many people who want to connect. So, to upload my photos and videos, I had to use the mobile internet. Also, I had to pay a tax though I didn't pay it in other hotels. Fortunately, there is a microwave oven, so I was able to heat up the food near the reception. Anyway, for a location where you sleep only 1 night, it is more or less ok."
