Staff are polite and friendly . We stay for 1 night but we request to stay for few more hour just top up $50 till 6pm .  the location is pretty perfect that if you want to eat McDonald’s you just cross opposite then if you want to eat Chinese food you can just go beside have Bak Kut Teh is awesome . Is our 3rd time check in here .  previously, was walking . Will  recommend my friends and family to stay there.

The room was clean and comfortable for a night stay . With the shared toilet availability. However the toilet cleanliness is not excellent, maybe because really a lot of occupancy that’s why the cleaner not able to clean the bathroom immediately or after use by the guest

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The location is outstanding, providing easy access to a variety of shops and eateries within walking distance, as well as a supermarkets. While the hotel offers a superb location, the only minor downside is that the nearest MRT station is about a 15 to 20-minute walk. The room was impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere, although it was slightly smaller than I anticipated. Despite its size, it was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great option for budget travellers.

This hotel is, hands down, one of the best value-for-money stays I've ever had! The price during Chinese New Year was incredibly reasonable. The room had a window, so it was bright and clean, and the bathroom smelled fresh and reassuring. Eugene, one of the front desk staff, was exceptionally friendly and responsible. He even helped my friend switch to a room with a window. Every day he'd greet us, making us feel right at home. Plus, they offer free luggage storage. The hotel's surroundings are also very quiet, and there's a bus stop right downstairs, which is super convenient (many buses in Singapore are double-deckers, offering a great way to sightsee!).

Booked this hotel for my kong stay (15 days) ( due to home renovation ). I chosen it due to its short walking distance to Novena MRT station ( a downtown station ). on too of the mrt are three connecting shopping malls ( Volcity, Square 1 n Square 2). there’s plenty of restaurants n small eateries in square 1 n Square 2. I was given a Corner Deluxe Twin bed for my entire stay. The room was very specious. it has a long marble top that is Best for remote working ( with a number of socket points. Although the hotel exterior looks a bit old, the room aircon is very powerful! 👍 We ordered hotel menus for room service. Really amazed by the large portions of the food . ( Spaghetti bolognese is really good with reasonable price)👍 The boneless chicken chip tastes good too! My booking was attended by Hotel Mgr Mr Clemency. He is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

i can’t believe i had a great deep sleep, honestly. though the noise from the outside/hallways can be heard, it didn’t bother me that much since it just gets noisy when someone is checking-in or going out. it is also important to take note that the building does not have elevator and hair dryer. there is also a 1-minute walk bus station and stops at novena station. however, if you’re coming from novena station, you need to walk at least 12-16 minutes to reach the accommodation. overall, my experience is great and will surely check-in again if i needed a stay in singapore.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations – incredible value for money! The location is particularly convenient; the subway station is just a short walk downstairs, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby, with all sorts of authentic restaurants and local snacks. Whether you're looking for trendy spots or late-night eats, it's all right there. The room was clean and comfortable. For this price point, being able to stay in such a convenient location is something I genuinely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately experienced a persistent issue with the television in our room. From the first evening until checkout, the TV displayed nothing but static. There were no available channels at any point during our stay. On the first night, I called the front desk to report the problem. I was told that the entire hotel was experiencing signal reception issues. No alternative solution was offered, no apology was given, and the staff member ended the call in a manner I found discourteous. The following day, I raised the issue again with a different staff member at reception. I was assured that an engineer would be arranged to inspect the problem. However, the issue was never resolved, and it appears that no one actually attended the room. Spending four nights without any in-room entertainment facilities was disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations for a hotel stay. However, I would like to commend the housekeeping staff. She was consistently polite, professional, and thorough in their cleaning. Her service was the only aspect of the stay that met a satisfactory standard.

1. The location is excellent, very close to the shopping malls on Orchard Road. Since we were traveling with elderly people and children, we took taxis everywhere to minimize walking. It took us until the third day to realize that exiting directly from the front door would lead us closer to the main shopping street. 2. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the rooms show their age. In room 330, where we stayed, the bathtub had a leaking pipe. We reported it to housekeeping, but nothing was done. Despite being old, the beds are very large. We booked a room with one king-size bed and one single bed, which was very accommodating for a family with two children, especially when traveling with seniors. There was plenty of space for everyone. The hotel has a peculiar smell; if you're sensitive to odors, I'd recommend requesting a room change early. 3. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water, but you can buy it at the front desk for S$2 a bottle, which is slightly cheaper than 7-Eleven. Most of the front desk staff speak English. I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but when we checked in, Korean guests were given high-floor rooms, while we were assigned a very low room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor itself isn't a problem, but lower-floor rooms tend to have a smell. If this bothers you, it's best to mention it in advance. We arrived in Singapore past 2 AM, so we were too tired and just wanted to rest, so we didn't bother discussing it with the front desk. I had also requested 'no corner room' when booking, but we were given the very last room on the floor, so the request was completely ignored. 4. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite convenient, with two pools – one deep and one shallow. Overall, it offers good value for money, with large rooms and an excellent location. If you don't mind the potential odor on lower floors, the outdated facilities, and the somewhat average service, it's still a very cost-effective choice (especially since we were out all day and only returned to sleep at night).
