We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

This hostel is a great place for solo travelers. The location is perfect to see around the city and some major spots. The property is quite clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location just 15 minutes walk from the yellow river iron bridge. Convenient underground parking Big, spacious, modern room with a nice shower and comfy bed. Great desk area with city views! Wifi was a little inconvenient (having to scan and sign up) and stopped working after I left and returned to the room later (however staff were very helpful so I'm sure if I asked for help it would have been resolved!) A decent breakfast selection. It would benefit from adding coffee (American etc.) - currently there is a pre-mixed white coffee machine. Would recommend the hotel :-)

We stayed in this hotel in 2 different rooms for 2 nights. The first time we got a room with the whole wall being painted. It was bright but a bit too bright to my taste. The duvet cover had 2 big holes in it but the bed clothes felt clean. The AC worked fine. Since we only needed to sleep in this hotel, it was perfect for us: not too expensive and with great location. It is one minute away from a metro station, very close to a nice restaurant we really enjoyed. The second time we booked it the room was even better: pale yellow painted walls work a lot better I think. Be prepared that you will hear a lot of hotel noise because the walls are quite thin and there are no windows in the room we chose but we knew that from the very beginning. You will like this hotel if you are not too picky and just need a clean and not expensive place to stay.
