Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city).
They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean.
We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Madrid so most sites are in walking distance. Really friendly staff and the roof terrace is wonderful to sit and watch the city from. My only criticism would be there is no kettle in the room but complimentary coffee/tea at the restaurant and roof terrace, great but I do like a coffee as soon as I get up.
Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we visit again.

We were coming from a bad rental experience and so this hotel was pure heaven. But even without that vast contrast, the hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shopping and entertainment right down the street, lovely staff, beautiful rooms with gorgeous views of the city and everything you need for comfort and quiet. It was also very reasonably priced.

This was our first time in Madrid and we opted to stay at the Hotel Atlántico. It was the best choice I could have made. Beautiful hotelwith excellent staff. We would go up to the terrace for a night cap and the service was excellent. I would stay here again without hesitation.
