MMimiPennyAside from the small room, there's nothing bad to say. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Universal Studios entrance, located at the end of the main street, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, and dining options are easily accessible. The hotel provides breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks, and ice cream, which was a very thoughtful touch. You can even make your own orange juice, ice cream, and pancakes, which the kids absolutely loved. From the window, you can see the Ferris wheel and the front of Universal Studios. Very satisfied!

MMoliaifenxiangThis is a relatively new hotel, opened in 2022. The location is very easy to find, and the lobby has self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, which is super convenient. Staff are also on hand to help. On the first floor, you can pick up toiletries, including facial cleanser and lotion, so it's very comprehensive.
I specifically booked a larger room, which features a dry/wet separation design and plenty of space. The family room is fully equipped: four beds are perfect for a family of four, and there's ample space for luggage. There's a microwave, water glasses, wine glasses, and a refrigerator with both a freezer and a fridge compartment! The bathroom has double sinks, and there's even a washing machine and laundry detergent! The overhead shower is extra wide with excellent water pressure â showering is incredibly comfortable. There's also an iron and ironing board! It's so complete and wonderful!
I will definitely stay here again. I saw they also have six-person rooms! Plenty of space if I bring my elders along too. đ

Hygiene: Extremely clean and tidy. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated.
Environment: Right outside is Universal Studios and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around.
Service: Warm and patient. Even with a language barrier, communication was effortless. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is excellent and super easy to find â it's right on the right-hand side when you exit the Universal City Station. Itâs also very convenient for getting to Universal Studios. AAnonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

BBWWIt's been over 10 years since I last visited Osaka, so I specifically booked this hotel nearby. I chose it based on the price, ratings, and reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint â it exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money. It's only a 5 to 8-minute walk from the busiest part of Shinsaibashi. The facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. The room facilities were better than I expected, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to the top floor, so the view was incredibly open and bright. If I could stay on the top floor again next time, that would be absolutely wonderful.

AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

CChocoAlisonThe location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.

I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
Location:
The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city centerâjust a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Itâs surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
Check-in Experience:
The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival.
Room Comfort and Amenities:
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettleâeverything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills.
Service:
The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay.
Minor Downsides:
If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin wallsâsome hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didnât significantly disrupt my sleep.
Overall:
This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Iâll definitely return on my next visit to the city.

GGuest UserThis place is excellent, very close to the metro and surrounded by convenient stores such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson. The room is clean, the staff provide great service, and the space is comfortable for 1â2 people. Itâs also quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is located near the major Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient to travel to Namba and Shinsaibashi. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
