The room feel dated. Air con is too cold and we weren't able to turn it down, so I had to wake up at night to turn the a/c off, then repeat through out the night. Breakfast buffet is quite good with both American breakfast and local choices. The pool is very nice. You can access the pool with out stepping out of the room. My kid enjoy the in-pool slide very much, which make me feel a lot better after having to wake up a few times during the night. I was going to give this hotel a 4 stars, until we found one cockroach in our room.

We only stayed here a night, and loved the fact the pool was right there by our door, such a novelty, but there wasn’t much else that made this hotel amazing. The restaurant was ok but when we tried to order cocktails we were told no (couldn’t make out whether they had run out for that particular day or they no longer do them at all in general but they were still all listed on the menu??) The room was clean but has a bit of a rustic/old vibe if you enjoy that kind of style, I think the pool is the best thing going for this place.

Me and my girlfriend are doing 3 weeks in Phuket and loved this hotel as it allowed us to get away from the touristy places and just chill out. The Hotel is out the way of anything and located up a hill. The hotel looks brand new so it must of just been renovated. The hotel staff are so polite and kind away helping us. There’s a nice little gym and pool to chill out at and Also a few nice lounges and seating areas with amazing views to chill at too. The hotel offer free transport drop off and pick up to selected locations which we made use of everyday and was amazing as it really saves you some money on taxis. Recommended for a nice few chill days!

This place is near bus terminal 2 from where buses go for example to Bangkok. As I was going to San Mokkh monastery on that root I especially looked for something nearby. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, it came with bottled mineral water every day. I enjoyed my stay there and would go back again. I can recommend this place to everybody.

The place you live in has direct access to the swimming pool. It's quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxing! My husband also bought seafood to eat and drink on the balcony, which was very pleasant! I almost spent the whole day by the hotel pool, it was so comfortable! I guess I was too tired from playing earlier, haha The surrounding area is also very convenient. If you want to eat seafood, just leave the hotel and walk to the left! There are so many delicious foods in the evening and they are not expensive! M If you want to buy skin care products, there is a 711 on the right side of the hotel. If you go out and keep walking, there will also be some other brands of skin care products and barber shops! The price is very cost-effective, you can go look for it! I found a useful water light needle here

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.
