Hotel located outside Perpignan. The girl is very friendly and welcome. The doors of the rooms give directly to the street. The breakfast is quite varied and complete. It has a large and free parking. There are machines to buy water, coffee or some pickup.

This is a very nice hotel, slightly out of the town centre (which is probably a good thing). We had a Privilege room which was very good, with views across a park and towards the town centre. The staff were all excellent, charming and helpful. They have a restaurant which doubles as a breakfast room in the morning. The menu is small but adequate which starts at 19:30 but you can get the Tapas menu from 18:30 onwards. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the train station and Canet plage. There is also a roof terrace and a 1st floor terrace. Unfortunately wi-fi was not available in the hotel rooms during our stay although you could log into it in the reception area. Apparently there was a breakdown with their normal system which they were trying to fix. If you are going to Perpignan I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a price of €92 (paid €78), which requires an appropriate room, as well as those of the same group, Kyriad and Campanile. The receptionist of incompetence and insolence without name is unfortunate and has no meaning of client relationship and customer service. Our room had a dirty toilet towel, we ask her a clean and she answers us that it is a clean task and she can't do anything because she doesn't know the hotel !!! After a little nice explanation, she adds that a clean wallpaper will bring us the next morning ... a joke ... I answer her that I will therefore fix the room tomorrow after having more or less well sleep. !! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Tout est pensé pour notre confort et notre bien être. Le personnel est attentif et très présent pour ses clients. Les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses et surtout très propres. La literie est impeccable et confortable y compris les oreillers. La déco est très sympa et contemporaine. C'est le lieu idéal pour une nuit ou plus à Perpignan !! Le Parking gratuit et facile d'accès c'est vraiment très pratique. Une piscine est à disposition pour ceux qui aiment se baigner. C'était notre 2ème séjour et nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et à très bientôt !!

Estuvimos cómodos. Habitación familiar justa para descansar, pero todo estuvo muy bien. Buen trato del personal... camas cómodas... parking gratuito... calefacción adecuada... limpieza correcta. Buenas comunicaciones: A 10 inutos en coche del centro de Perpignan... y a 15 minutos de Le Barcares. Cerca de zona comercial. Sólo aclarar que no tiene ascensor (o al menos nosotros no lo encontramos).

Stayed for four nights in early October. Always a pleasant welcome, and stored my bag without drama when I arrived before midday by train (directly opposite). Looking at previous reviews it appeared my room (214) was refurbished more than twelve months ago but was still pristine. Bathroom fittings were stylish, and indeed the whole hotel as many tasteful artworks displayed. I got the feeling someone has chosen everything from room directional signs to light fittings with great care. The room was small but plenty of open storage, and who comes here to stay in the room anyway? Comfortable bed and no traffic noise despite my room overlooking Avenue General de Gaulle used by many buses. Breakfast was similarly laid out in an immaculately clean servery. Fresh pastries, a selection of breads and lots of locally-sourced produce – the jams and juices were particularly good and even the coffee was roasted in Perpignan. There was never a queue for anything, including the water heater to boil eggs to your liking. Yogurt and cheese was always available and a selection of fruit changed daily. Definitely worth taking, and the hotel appreciates advance booking. The corridor carpets and stairs (no elevator) are getting threadbare, but I suspect they will be shortly replaced. The location was great for me. About 10 minutes walk into the central district past snack bars and kebab shops to reach a good selection of restaurants. I used local trains to visit Les Orgues at Ille-sur-Tet and the fortified town of Villefrance-Verdet-Les Bains. The bus (line 3) to Canet Plage and Canet Sud leaves from the other side of the station. Like every hotel, it is the people who make the experience. All the staff were lovely, and I'd certainly stay here again.

Located on the outskirts of Perpignan in a commercial area but very quiet on a Saturday night, and it was easy to find. A nice welcome from a pleasant English speaking receptionist. A nicely laid out hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool, air-conditioning and wi-fi worked well . Dinner was very good, although the choice of mains was a little restricted we felt, the starters were a little on the expensive side. Breakfast was worth every cent, an amazing choice, far more items available than we have ever had in a hotel in France, and it was kept well stocked up by a member of staff, so always nice and fresh. The swimming pool and area was very welcome on such a hot day. We would visit here again.

We fell on a Laurie who welcomed us in an exceptional way, between courtesy and professionalism we were happy to welcome us. Despite the small rooms we stayed in view of the courtesy and the benevolence of our reception We will return with great pleasure
