"Absolutely fantastic concept around the Social Hub. Great location just a short walk from both the Railway station and the city cultural centre. Tram stop across the road with a direct service to both the Station (2 Stops) and to the Airport Terminal (20 Mins). Fantastic staff. I will look for Social Hubs now wherever I stay."

"The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. The bar staff were accommodating and pleasant as were the doormen. Reception staff were helpful although not overly friendly which is unusual. "

"The biggest highlight is the rooftop bar and pool, offering direct views of the Florence Cathedral dome. There are free binoculars to use as well, which is a nice touch. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and incredibly clean. It's exceptionally quiet at night, and you can keep the air conditioning on all night, unlike many places in Italy where heating is time-limited and you wake up freezing in the early hours. Daily cleaning service is provided, and the price is quite reasonable, even cheaper on weekdays. There are quite a few students here on long-term stays, so there's an activity center and kitchen on the basement level. Guests can get access to the kitchen, but can only use the microwave; all the cooking equipment belongs to the students."

"The hotel is newly renovated recently, the facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are relatively large. It is a bit far from the city center and it takes more than half an hour to take the bus. The nearest bus stop is also six or seven hundred meters from the hotel, and it can come by road, there is no walking path, it is very dangerous and very inconvenient. If you are not driving or taking a taxi, don't live here."

"The location is good near Florence Station, but the neighborhood is quiet, so there is a distance from the supermarket. The counter service is good and the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable, the top floor has a good view and you can overlook the Dome of the Baihua Cathedral. It is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!"

"First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice."

"This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and our room offered an incredible view with a very high ceiling that let in beautiful natural light. I particularly loved the thoughtful design: having a private terrace was a wonderful touch, and falling asleep while gazing at the stars from the bed was magical. Watching the river flow by was so peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, but my absolute favorite spot was the sofa—I truly cherished the time spent there. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were diligent, sincere, and kind-hearted. Even the breakfast was perfectly suited to my taste. I love Florence, but what I loved most were the people here. I sincerely hope this place can always remain as it is now—a true sanctuary in the world."

"整個酒店是用一座有幾百年歷史的古堡莊園改建而成，前面的綠地和游泳池部分有着無敵的俯瞰佛羅倫薩城的視野，早餐露台可以看到超美的陽光和莊園景觀～考慮到酒店所在建築的歷史年份以及維護難度，房間設施會顯得又些陳舊，裏面的文物傢俱都有明顯的陳年木質傢俱的味道，另外浴缸部分沒有遮水簾，容易撒到浴室裏。但是考慮到前台有求必應以及酒店的歷史感、外部風景，這些都可以暫時忽略～位置在山上，本地司機説這是整個佛羅倫薩城最好的生活區，但是上下山遊覽吃飯就需要一些體力，適合常住休假，但短期而且需要頻繁進程旅遊的話就建議認真考慮了哈。"
