Amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and food was lush! We had the best joint hen/stag weekend - can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating. A big thanks to the guests who joined in and had a laugh too! We can’t wait to come back next year = )

The room we had was ok we had a roof top pool in adult only section Downside of the roof top pool room in adult area is you don't get to sit outside if it rains you have to sit inside with door shut as the rain comes may be a little pull out canopy The adult restraunt was ok some of the staff were geat others not so good we waited 20min before we were even served our drinks. By this time we has finished the food and one breakfast we didn't even get drinks. in the family restrant it was perfect staff very polite and friendly. Food was ok but a bit repeative but as most hotels. Donna at the adult pool bar was AMAZING the food was better at the pool bar than it was in the main adult restraunt. Cleaning staff brill kept room clean and tidy A good walk to a few shops Buses were good service cost us 9€ each to go to palma on the bus Hotel management fantastic

Currently at the biomar hotel in the adults only and after trying Hotels for the last 25 years I can say this is up there with the Best right from cleaning to entertainment this place as the lot the food is outstanding . Just been to the AZAFRAN restaurant where the staff are excellent and the food is outstanding Sean Connery look a like with the beard made our night . 100%

This was our third visit to the adults part of the hotel and there are so many reasons we keep returning. This hotel really offers five star amenities and service but in a relaxed and friendly style. Rooms are light and airy with a massive bed. The minibar is always stocked and it’s lovely to have a cold coke after a hard day’s sunbathing. The food here really is wonderful! The multiple options resulted in a five pound weight gain! There is something for everyone and the meal we had in The Green and Grill was excellent. The quality of ingredients is amazing and I loved being able to have things like smoked tuna and Wakame! The selection of drinks is huge and if it’s not on the menu, just ask as they’ll make it for you! The staff really make this place! I love yoga and the daily 9am sessions with Marina were a real treat! Lovely Donna at the pool bar, Fabiola who is such a joy and Welsh Miguel are just a few of the staff who make this place so special. Entertainment options are great! The in house singers are amazing and work so hard. Local acts are varied and there are multiple options depending on your mood. I loved the big show nights too! It was lovely to see some hotel cats appear this season too! Only two tiny things which could be improved. More seating in the adult’s only area! After dinner we could never find a seat to watch the entertainment. Last year there was an amazing pianist who would play before dinner, I wonder if this could return? This hotel just keeps getting better and really does offer 5 star luxury on the beautiful island of Mallorca! I’m already counting down to my next visit in August! Thank you to all of the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make this a truly special place.

Great hotel. This is our third stay and we received such a warm welcome from the staff. Special thanks to Tommie in the restaurant who looked after us so well and Sergio in the Italian. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails and we enjoyed evenings in the piano bar. Everywhere was nice and clean and the location is great, with Sa Coma just a few minutes walk away.

This hotel is amazing. It is a resort rather than a hotel. There are so many different bars and places to relax. In the week we spent there I don't think we even saw all of the resort! There was always sunbeds available and the staff bring drinks to your sunbeds which I was unaware of at the time of booking. This was a lovely surprise. Pool towels are supplied which can be changed daily and towels, dressing gown amd slippers are provided in your room so no need to bring your own towels. The hotel safe was state of the art. You download an app on your phone and it controls the safe, which is included in your price. You have to pay island tax when you check in, which for a week was about €60. Staff were lovely and was always saw the manager around the hotel. Sa coma beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel with shops along the way and it is a stunning beach. We also walked into Cala Millor which was about a 40 minute walk and is definately the place to go if you like shopping. We stayed in the adults only hotel. We never go to the same place twice but we are already looking at booking up again next year.

Stayed at the Protur Biomar Sensatori for a 3 night trip as a group of 12 women. We stayed in the adults area and had an absolutely amazing time. Was lovely to be greeted on arrival with a glass of cold cava! Rooms: The room was lovely and clean, beds were super comfortable and quite big. Toiletries, robes and slippers, mini bar (soft drinks only), beach towels were all included. The slatted shower wall was interesting, not so bad if you are in a couple but as friends we all got to know each other a bit better 🤣 Food and Drink: We ate in Lyra, the adults only buffet restaurant and all thoroughly enjoyed the food in there. There was a great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We generally sat on 2 tables of 6 unless we were eating at different times and staff were accommodating to us. We requested to book into an a la carte wherever and whenever we could be all together. Reception booked us into the Grill for our last night at 8.30pm which we were grateful for even though it was probably our least preferred choice. The food was okay, some meals were better than others and we were a bit chilly in there. Great choice of drinks including cocktails and branded spirits and there are numerous bars so you never have to go too far to get one. At the restaurants, you can get only soft drinks, beer or wine so if you want something different you need to remember to get it from a bar beforehand/during meals. We had to checkout early on our last day, so were able to get an early breakfast from the Grill but it had very limited options. The coffee shop was a nice treat too! Pools: The adults only pool was very quiet and very cold so we mainly spent our time around the family pool. This was a bit chilly but fine once you got in. It would have been nice if they had some music playing here, we had a speaker that we used when we were the only people there as we didn't want to annoy anyone. We had no issues getting sunbeds together. The rooftop pool was lovely and warm but very small and the rooftop bar wasn't open so we didn't spend long there. Entertainment/Facilities: During the day, some of us used the gym, bike hire and the hydrothermal pool, sauna and steam room which were great facilities to be able to access without additional charges. A couple of our group also booked spa trea**ents which they enjoyed. We felt the evening entertainment was a bit lacking but could have been because it was early in the season. There were things listed in the app but when we went to find it, it wasn't actually happening. There was a singer in the adults only building each evening and various things going on in the Piano Bar. We joined in with Jukebox Bingo and were able to dance when the singers/musicians were playing something a bit more lively. Off Site: We had a private transfer which took about an hour to/from the airport. We walked to Sa Coma Beach which took about 10 minutes and was beautiful and there are lots of shops on the way for any souvenirs.

Lovely hotel, great staff, good food very clean, BUT, why is the entertainment in the building with the bedrooms? Advertised as a quiet area, which it is until the band starts, then you only sleep when the band has finished, which varies each night I had the tv volume on 70 just to compete with the band, please move it outside the building, then I can close sound proofing patio doors, I would then have a choice to listen. Felt like I was in the kids area, such a shame,

From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel we were treated like royalty by the amazing staff. Prosecco reception, bags taken up to room...great start!! Then the room, all I can say is wow!! Beautiful room, airy, bright, immaculate. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day, fresh towels daily, cleaners are wonderful. The hotel is outstanding, best I've ever stayed in, the staff and the management make this place the dream it is, it's such a well run establishment and the management are always around including the tui reps who are great and extremely informative. The chefs, the food, the waiters, the bar staff, the drinks...10/10! I actually took the manager aside and told him he should be extremely proud of the resort and his staff, they are just exceptional, always happy and go above and beyond so you have the best holiday experience. If you are looking at going here, do not hesitate, just book it. We are going back next year and we were gutted to leave. Christina, Sergio and Fabiosa certainly gave us plenty of laughs and smiles, but all staff are wonderful. You will not be disappointed going here. The area is lovely, 10 minute walk to beach, plenty of shops. The spa on site is wonderful as are the al a carte restaurants. Pools are wonderful and activities are aplenty - highlight was the pool mat run, hilarious! We cant wait to see everyone next year! Thank you for making our break memorable and keep up the great work.
