Phuket Ocean View Hotels

The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them. The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all. The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The boss also helped to send us to Rawai Beach, and we basically had seafood every day, and it was delicious. The water quality at Rawai Beach is very good, we went to the sea and caught crabs in the afternoon for two days, and the children were very happy. Some of the rooms are newly built and some are old. The family room I booked was not too big and was very clean. It had a balcony and there was a swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast is okay. There are also wontons that you can order as you like, both Chinese and Western. Open until 10 o'clock. The water in the swimming pool is very clean and it is cleaned every day. The waiters are also very kind. The key point is that the boss is Chinese and very considerate. Our airport drop-off was in the afternoon. After learning about it, we were able to delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free. We also gave him drinks while waiting for the bus. I have already recommended it to my friends!

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Since I was traveling and living alone, I stayed in two types of rooms this time: Family Room G (booked online by myself at first). Later, the boss took the initiative to upgrade me to Room Type A. I was very happy staying in both rooms. From the first night, the local staff 👩💼 were thoughtfully arranged to wait for me in the room, and there was also a Burmese girl who was always very careful and gentle, and the staff who could keep in touch on WeChat to actively solve small problems and give many travel tips. They were all very nice, which made my solo foreign travel more secure; secondly, both rooms have beautiful scenery, the whole room is also fragrant, and they also gave beautiful and practical themed cloth bags, which are also good souvenirs; the beach is also beautiful. The entire beach is almost full of foreigners. Everyone rests, sunbathes and plays on the beach without disturbing each other. It is really quiet and comfortable, very suitable for travelers like me who like quiet and slow-paced vacation 🏖️ mode~

Pro: The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Clubs, bars, massages, food truck literally just steps away. The room had a balcony with “partial sea view”. The elevators have a panoramic view over the city. Ac was working fine! Bathroom was spacious. Nice pool with bar. Cons: breakfast was the same everyday, excpect they added the leftover food from day before. I have no problem with this, we need to fight against food waist, but the basic selection was boring. Room was extremely noisy. No sound proof doors to the corridor and none to the balcony. There are some clubs steps away and the do extremely loud music till 1-2 am. Please be prepared you need earplugs. The windows needs to be replaced. The cleaning was okay(ish), of course we found hairs here and there.. All in all a good stay, but not sure I would choose again due the extremely loud music.

Stayed there for 4nights, rented a car to drive around and was given free parking in the hotel basement with super efficient security team on standby. 👍🏽 The swimming pool had clear view of the seaside, gym was a little small but full of equipment. Room was clean as shown on photos. Breakfast spread is quite a lot, definitely spoilt by choices. Lastly, the Staffs are all welcoming, warm and friendly! Had a chat with a few of the front desk personnel, and definitely love the vibes they are giving. Will come back for sure!

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.
