Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

That is, I have never slept anywhere and slept as comfortably as this before. The bed is very soft. The water flowed very strong and I felt very happy when I took a shower. The restaurant may have to be dressed to match the restaurant. If you come in tourist style, you probably won't be able to eat there. Near Chinatown, can walk.

Check in staff was nice and friendly. Had some problem finding the entrance into hotel but the trainee at the concierge at drop-off/pick up point was helpful. Requested for corner room and they managed to provide us. Room was clean and spacious. Toilet seat has heating feature and bidet which is great. Nearby MRT and walking distance to many food places. Smart TV with Chromecast. 24/7 gym. Overall good experience and would consider coming back again.

Hotel decor, ambient music and even scent that welcomes us once we stepped into the lobby felt like entering a different world. We were immediately greeted by staff and ushered to wait at the beautiful sofa seats while they handled our check-in. Process was real quick and we were even shown to our room by their concierge. The shophouse Queen room was cosy with comfy bed. Loved their bathrobes! Our room came with cocktails and $100 F&B credits which we used for dinner at the Anouska bar. The breakfast was really good and besides the mains it also came with bread basket and fruit platter. Only improvement they need to make is to replace the TV to one with Chromecast or screen mirroring function then it will be perfect!

The hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable however the toilet has no bidet (Sad). And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

This hotel is recommended in Singapore, where the hotel fee is high. It is said to be a capsule hotel, but it was a facility that made the dormitory better. I stayed here for 2 nights and breakfast can be eaten free of charge in another building and the hotel will tell you where. Laundry and drying are also free. Since the location is Chinatown, you can hear voices from the surrounding shops at night. Considering the location and facilities, I am sorry for this price. There were two (probably Chinese) at the front desk. Both of them were kind to tell me the color 々. The man at the front desk came to the breakfast venue every morning and greeted me. Breakfast is bread, coffee and tea, jam and butter.

I stayed here late March 2023. The stay was exceptionally hospitable, with friendly staff eager to assist you and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The place is clean, with a very relaxed but funky vibe reflected by the beautiful jazz music played in the background. The ground floor lobby/cafe is conducive for social interaction, and the coffee and inmcecreqm superb! Do try the pistachio flavour! I've been very happy with my stay and would recommend ❤️

Female dorm~ The bunk bed is ok, comfy n has a locker at the side (w/out locks). The guests were ok too. The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.

Other than the location (right in the heart of Chinatown) the hotel is totally not worth its expensive price. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay & the first room had bunk beds, it was horribly small that i felt like I was in a jail cell. Can't sit anywhere other than on the bed. The room is on the 2bd floor & it was super noisy from the music blasting from the vendors on the street. Impossible to get any rest. The 2nd room was an improvement being a windowless room & double bed, but still it has no where to sit other than on the bed. FYI both rooms wifi signal were terrible & TV never worked. No use informing the staffs because there's nothing they can do to help. On another note the front desk staff call Steve was very helpful & is a nice guy. You'll also need to have S$100 in cash ready for deposit upon check in.

This is a large old hotel located above a shopping mall that is connected to a metro station also. Everything is traditional and the age of the hotel showed in the room that I was staying in. However it was very comfortable and the staff provided an excellent service. I just wish I had a balcony or a designated smoking area
