Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

That is, I have never slept anywhere and slept as comfortably as this before. The bed is very soft. The water flowed very strong and I felt very happy when I took a shower. The restaurant may have to be dressed to match the restaurant. If you come in tourist style, you probably won't be able to eat there. Near Chinatown, can walk.

Hotel decor, ambient music and even scent that welcomes us once we stepped into the lobby felt like entering a different world. We were immediately greeted by staff and ushered to wait at the beautiful sofa seats while they handled our check-in. Process was real quick and we were even shown to our room by their concierge. The shophouse Queen room was cosy with comfy bed. Loved their bathrobes! Our room came with cocktails and $100 F&B credits which we used for dinner at the Anouska bar. The breakfast was really good and besides the mains it also came with bread basket and fruit platter. Only improvement they need to make is to replace the TV to one with Chromecast or screen mirroring function then it will be perfect!

The room is well designed interesting use of mirrors to make it feel more spacious and Green onyx shower Space is very cool. Coffee and tea available in the room and bathrobes nice toiletries . it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. First, the noise from the air conditioner in each bed was too loud, so if you need complete silent to sleep this will be a big issue. Also the ladder's installed on the wall beside instead of in front of my bed, and I walked a lot when visiting Singapore so my legs were sore at the end of the day and climbing up to the top bunk was hard for me, I almost fell down a few times. Despite those inconveniences, I would still recommend this place if you want to travel on a budget. They offer complimentary breakfast, plus their bathrooms are clean and the service staffs are very nice.

Female dorm~ The bunk bed is ok, comfy n has a locker at the side (w/out locks). The guests were ok too. Don't allow early check-in but the staff were nice enough to let me leave my luggage there while I went out for lunch to wait for the check in. To begin with, five stars for the Wink Management as they really go all out for their guests. I was supposed to stay here in April 2020. But, 10 days prior to my departure date, the borders were closed. I contacted the management but I am not too sure they can do anything for my booking. But hey, they immediately offered me two options: a new arrival date & free credit with validity till 31st Dec '21. I chose the free credit, but they haven't accepted any short-term visitors in Dec '21. So, they told me that they would extend my free credit validity till June 2022. Thank you so much, Wink! Then, for the hostel premises, they have done repainting and it's great so the building doesn't look tired. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, from the common rooms and even the rooms and bed. Guests have to put shoes on the front office area. So, no shoes inside the rooms and common rooms. They also offer plenty of seats and desks to gather around or you can do some works. Kudos and thank you for Nelson and his team. They are super friendly, helpful, patient, and always ready to ensure the guests' stay enjoyable. When I first arrived, the lady explained everything in details. She makes sure I know everything I need during my stay. I really enjoy my stay at Wink, especially after an unpleasant stay in other establishment in Dec '21. Wink is a total game changer. Definitely my first choice for hostel in SG.

This hotel is recommended in Singapore, where the hotel fee is high. It is said to be a capsule hotel, but it was a facility that made the dormitory better. I stayed here for 2 nights and breakfast can be eaten free of charge in another building and the hotel will tell you where. Laundry and drying are also free. Since the location is Chinatown, you can hear voices from the surrounding shops at night. Considering the location and facilities, I am sorry for this price. There were two (probably Chinese) at the front desk. Both of them were kind to tell me the color 々. The man at the front desk came to the breakfast venue every morning and greeted me. Breakfast is bread, coffee and tea, jam and butter.

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

Review on Wink at Upper Cross street hostel: I was a long staying guest at the Wink at Upper Cross street hostel for three weeks now. Location:The hostel is in a excellent location with access to public transportation routes on bus and subway and many tourist spots. Plus close to a shopping mall with supermarket and good places to eat both eastern and western food of varied price ranges. Rooms:The rooms are very clean, quite spacious and not too crowded/crammed. The beds are super comfortable. Working space:There is a good working table space area in the hostel and its quiet to do work on your computer. Beverages and meals:Hot beverages are available throughout the day at this hostel. Breakfast is complimentary cereal and toast. Good if you are in a rush and alight breakfast eater. I recommend the hostel for its location, general cleanliness and relatively spacious rooms. Areas of improvement: Laundry:There are no laundry services at this hostel and I think they would greatly benefit from installing a laundry service or do-it-yourself laundry machine. Or partnering with a laundry service in the area.

New hotel, minimal but perfect, both location near potato head, Maxwell food center, Mrt Mexwell&China town, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Inside the room is quite narrow. But it was well allocated, cool air conditioning, soft pillows, complete with shower cream, shampoo, toothbrush, dryer, refrigerator, safe, very strong water, and the bathroom has a bidet hose as well. The 1st floor has a pantry and free hot and cold water. Give 10/10

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.

Nice Hostel near the center, it was easy to access, The staff is lovely and helpful they arrange for me a late Check in (3am) with useful instruction. Clean inside, I didn't face the time to try the rooftop :( The breakfast is ok (just few stuff to avoir leaving with nothing in the belly). Great value for a short and cheap stay in Singapore.

The windows are unable to open. Carpet in the room smell stench. There is no hair dryer provided. Service was tip top, when we requested for an extra pillow. Need to improve with the room facilities and cleaniness.
