Except for breakfast, the other 5 meals are almost non-repetitive and delicious. The catering is completely incomparable with the catering of a certain Senbo Hotel. Naked Heart's hardware facilities are still a little insufficient, but here, from the housekeeper to the shuttle bus staff, to the room cleaning staff, to the staff of the activity center, and even the staff of the restaurant are all full of smiles. The patient and thoughtful service to customers makes up for some minor flaws of the hotel and makes our travel experience very satisfactory.

The service is professional and the housekeeper Nancy listens carefully to the needs of the guests. The elderly and dogs are very satisfied. The free activities arranged by the hotel are also very good. It is a paradise for pets 👍

Before Naked Heart, I stayed at Four Seasons. Naked Heart is better in terms of natural environment because it faces Taihu Lake. The decoration of the hotel is also very holiday-style, and the rooms use a lot of natural elements such as solid wood and hemp. But the hygiene is a bit inadequate. On the day I arrived, the guests had just checked out at noon, and the cleaning was completed in 45 minutes. With such a large area, the details of hygiene can be imagined. I leaned over the sofa to pick up the things that fell on the ground, and I saw that there were still a lot of melon seed shells and dust on the inside of the sofa next to the trash can in the living room. In the living room of the room, doing push-ups, the floor was also a bit gray. I hope the cleaning of the room can be done more carefully and seriously. The front desk attendant is enthusiastic and responsible. If you like the natural environment (referring to the surrounding Taihu Lake), Naked Heart is a good choice

After May Day, I took my daughter out for a trip. The experience of staying at Naked Heart Moor was great, and it refreshed the ceiling of pet-friendly hotels in my mind. The front desk housekeeper Nancy and all the staff we met were very friendly and patient. You need to sit in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant or order food to the room when you bring your dog to eat. The weather is very comfortable outdoors. When eating breakfast, the lovely chef also reminded us that the restaurant's sausages are pure meat. Should I give the dog one? 😀, but unfortunately we can't eat the seasoned ones, but the chef is cute. The hotel activities are quite rich. We took the dog to experience kayaking (the dog brought his own life jacket), and went out for a shallow hike at sunset. There are almost no tourists in this section of North Taihu Lake, and the scenery is very charming. My husband said the experience was very good and he will come again next time.

Expensive always comes with its own reasons. The hotel is located next to Taihu Lake, the environment is very beautiful, and the service is warm, especially the meticulous and patient service of the butler Tommy, which made me feel like going home.

Since I stayed at Naked Valley and Naked Castle in Moganshan, Naked Castle Hotel has become my favorite. Naked Castle Hotel is always good at combining with local scenery. Naked Castle is located near Taihu Wetland Park in Suzhou, close to the Xijing Bay Flower Sea. The hotel design incorporates the water of Taihu Lake, and the lake view villa is quiet and elegant. The hotel has a large lotus pond. It is estimated that the lotus will bloom in summer, and the scenery must be very spectacular. Naked Castle opened in 20 years. Currently, only the first phase has been built. It seems that there are only 16 villas. It is hard to find a room in the peak season. The second phase is under construction. The villa area starts at 177 square meters and has a duplex structure, which is suitable for family travel. The outdoor courtyard is full of flowers, and there are swimming pools and warm water massage pools with complete facilities. Another major advantage of the Naked Castle Hotel is the rich activities. Various parent-child activities such as archery, pottery, cycling, etc. are arranged every day. Even if you stay in the hotel for two days, you will not be bored. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also good, and the restaurant staff is in great condition. Although there were not many people on the day of check-in, a buffet breakfast was still provided.
